I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing!!! They took my money straight away for a swingset I ordered 6 weeks ago - over £300. It was finally “delivered” in 3 separate bits on 3 consecutive days… but with the main overhead timber piece and the trapeze missing and without the fastening bolts that I paid an extra £30 for. So completely unusable. I emailed 2 weeks ago to ask if there were still items to be delivered or if they have been missed from my order, and have had no response at all!

It was the main present for a birthday which now has been missed, causing a very upset child.

I’ve had no communication from the company despite sending emails. They send an automatic response saying they are taking a long time to reply, and not to bother sending a follow up email or you will move back to the bottom of the pile!

Terrible customer service.

I want a refund of my money and some compensation for the ruined birthday.

Placed an order 5th May 24, it said delivery between 10 to 14 days. Well they delivered 4 pieces of the slide swing set on the 28th May after asking for a refund, then another part of it was delivered yesterday, still missing the other two parts of it. I have emailed yet again asking for a refund and for them to pick it up, due to.breach of contract, but have had no reply apart from an automated reply. I bought it for a birthday present, but the birthday has been and gone now. Never will I use this company again. No one ever seems to answer the phone and emails take days to answer, shocking customer service.

Ordered the item for my daughters party to play with her friends. Item arrived late, way past the timescales advertised so missed her birthday. Very disappointed. Took 55 mins on hold to see where the item was and still didn't get to speak to anyone. Emails sent but where unanswered. Item arrived with huge cracks in it. Called them again and an agent answered. She was very rude, spoke over the top of me. Told me that's how they sell items with cracks in. If I wanted a refund I would have to pay for a courier myself and I wouldn't get a full refund because they're happy to sell faulty goods like this. Told me to email her with pictures and she would call me back. Sent her the pictures. She emailed me back a generic email explaining how it's fine for all the wood to be cracked. No phone call recieved. No apologies for ruining my daughters party, the item being late or the huge cracks in it. Avoid this company at all costs. Diabolical from start to finish. Avoid them at all costs.

Never received the electric digger I paid for for my sons birthday which is in 5 days times.

This useless company have said it’s been delivered but it seems like it was delivered to the wrong person and all my neighbours have said they haven’t got it.

This company then said theirs nothing they can do…. Avoid at all costs

Terrible experience - purchased a go kart for my daughters 7th birthday costing £379 and after only 20 minutes use it stopped working. After removing the seat, checking wiring, taking photos and sending videos, I was eventually informed that a magnet had dislodged and that I should apply adhesive to a new magnet. As the go kart was brand new and I felt that this product was completely unsatisfactory I requested a refund - which was refused by outdoor toys, despite me raising this issue only 5 days after receiving delivery of the go kart, on my daughters birthday. 6 weeks on and my daughter has had 20 minutes use of her birthday present and I am out of pocket to the sum of £379. I hope this review can save others going through the same experience as I have - Do not shop with outdoor toys!

Well it not looking good so far. Terrible customer service on ebay and patronising replies. I open dispute withing 30days trying fob me off i need pay return item. Also if is'nt perfect condition might send it back and refuse refund. The stem is'nt aline wheel and only did 3miles on it and tyres been used how i supposed test it if not use item. Seams like this company sell poor quality tat and would advise not to use them. Lets see what ebay has to say and if there manner and customer service improves I will follow up my review on what happens. Why should I loose out because this company trys sell poor quality items for 100s pounds then shuns there customers soon as there issues and problems. Also the scooter i8 not even same as in pictures has ugly lettering all over it not blank so not even described right. I never buying nothing like this again unless off a proper company like argos or something. They seam like types people do anything get out of sorting problems out.

having waited in all day for my delivery I call to see where it was and was told it had not left the manufacturer as yet but would be with me the next day, cancelled the order as being off work another day is just not an option, as it was a child's birthday present could not risk it being late as it is the Easter bank holiday this weekend

I ordered from this company because they state that they provide next day delivery at the cost of £25. Took a day off work to await the delivery and to assemble. Did not arrive and said it would take 5 working days to get my money returned. Reporting this company to trading standards

Please do not use this company. They have not delivered my item and have not responded to my queries. I will have to get my money back from the credit card company.

Ordered 930am on Tuesday on the basis of a promised 48 hour delivery. I didn't select on price as it was cheaper elsewhere but solely on promised delivery. I took Thursday off work to receive item and assembled it - it didn't arrive. Did not arrive on Friday either but arrived on Monday despite an email saying it was coming on Friday. The friendly courier, who has delivered to our house, assured me that the company had only sent it for delivery today.

Fortunately the product is fine, else I would hate to deal with this company regarding returns.

Not as bad an experience as some on here but will never use again.

How are they still in existence? No doubt they spend a lot on google ad words to get high up the search list!
