Took a compass in to be engraved as a gift. The finished product is wonderful. It looks really professional and my friend was delighted with it. A couple of years ago I'd walked past this shop without a second glance until I needed a trophy engraving. I got excellent service from a really helpful person who knew what she was doing. I've been in there several times since, and every time my trophies (well, children's really) have been ready and waiting for the date I've asked for and the engraving has been spot on.

The pricing may not be the cheapest, but it's very clearly priced, excellent service and good quality. No matter what trophy I take in, I know it's going to come back looking good - even fixed on one occasion!

I ordered a trophy Sunday night and it arrived Tuesday morning. The quality of the item was very good and great value for money. The engraving was very good quality. The delivery was hand signed by a real person and then an email confirmation was sent from a real person and not an automated response. This organisation is excellent in every way. A very quick quote / beating rivals by nearly a week! Understanding my requirements .... very important .... others never quite understood. Leading to showing me their massive catalogue on line; 260 pages of everything you could possibly want. Then came the pies-de-resistance: THE PRICE which was a revelation .... over 30% cheaper than any rival. But that didn't mean they scrimped on quality as the trophy's were just perfect, and precisely as wanted. All delivered in double quick time with polite, no fuss professionalism. Why cant all purchases be like this? Should be rated 6 out of 5.

We very much appreciated the usual efficient and prompt service with the engraving of our trophies and the provision of minatures with inscriptions attached to them. It is good having the club logo attached to these. In the several years we have used your services we have not had a single error.
