I ordered personalised wedding favours and hoped, as stated on this company's website, that I would receive them within 14 working days. I placed my order on the 4th February 2017 and I still haven't received my items even though my money has been taken. I rang this company on the 23rd February but was advised that nobody was available and I would receive a return phone call. This did not happen. I did, however, receive an email from their customer services department and was informed that my order was processing and would be despatched, and I quote: "Next Friday after arrival from our printers." By my calculations, this means my items should have been sent out by Friday 3rd March. However, today is the Friday the 10th and I still haven't received my order. In fact, the online status still says 'awaiting fulfilment.' I believe I have given this company more than enough time to deliver the goods that I have already paid for. I have emailed them again today and shall await their response.

In short, I would not recommend this company to anybody.

After reading all the bad reviews about this company and how people didn't receive there orders I was quite concerned. After waiting 3 weeks mine have arrived and I'm very pleased

We had been disappointed with our favours not arriving from a different Company with only 6 days left to the Wedding, however we ordered from yourself and our items came in 3 days which was fab. We were very pleased with them.

This site have lovely, unique wedding products at reasonable prices. The ordering process is simple and user-friendly and the delivery is really prompt. I would certainly recommend the site and would definitely buy from them again for a wedding or other event.

I have ordered and recieved my favours from a wedding less ordinary. The service has been fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any bride or groom. The selection is fantastic and plenty of ideas. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I couldn't order less than 12 of the vodka miniatures when I needed only another 4 but that could have been out of their control.

The service was good and I was kept informed of the tracking of my parcel, which, through circumstances out of their control, was a little delayed.
