Do Not Order From Dressilyme
I ordered a U.S. standard size 14 and a U.S. standard size 8 evening dresses for me and my daughter from the dressilyme website on 05 March 2016. I received the order on April 5 2016 only to find the dresses not meeting our expectations at all. Neither dress fit to the point where we could not even try it on without fear of tearing the seams. The “stretch satin” V-neck evening dress turned out to be made from polyester fabric which was not stretchy at all. My daughter’s “elegant tulle V-neckline mermaid evening dress with lace appliques still had different colored tulle fabric stuck in various seams for an overall not very professional quality make and look. After having waited for a month for dresses in standard sizes, which did not need custom-tailoring, we were seriously disappointed with both dresses looking to return them, so I contacted the company as per their return policy looking for a return authorization only to find out from “Teddy” that he needed measurement PICTURES of my and my daughter’s measurements before they can “offer a solution”. I refused to send such pictures. Not sure how many emails “Teddy” and I have exchanged in the meantime all ending with the same success of “we cannot offer you the proper solution now because that we cannot know exactly how much small the dress is”. Does it really matter “how much small the dress is”? No it does not, it’s so small that I can’t even try it on and I don’t like it, what other rational reason do I need to ask to return merchandise. Never mind that with the given timeline I am not sure what their “solution” would look like. I have resigned myself to the fact that I am not getting my money back and I am stuck with 2 dresses I now hate, which I got from a company I thought reputable (I didn’t read the mixed reviews before ordering). All I have left to do is share my experience with others so hopefully they don’t make the same mistake. DO NOT ORDER FROM DRESSILYME, you'll probably regret it and pay more in the end.

Absolutely HORRIBLE quality. 6 girls ordered the same dress. All of the dresses we are too short, four sizes too small, and upon a re-order the dress was made with different material and they refused to fix it. The dresses should be the same quality, and the same pattern for every customer that orders the same dress. We gave them the opportunity to fix it, we tried contacting them, we try to communicate at our best but instead they ignored us and said it was our fault. It's not our fault that you want to make mass production and pull some kinda bait and switch material on us. They also have been deleting our Google review!!!! DO Not purchase from dressilyme and less you want a nightmare. RIDICULOUS!

A $250 Waste Of Time And Money.
I want you to know that the wedding dress that I received was horrendous.
When received - the buttons were falling off. They were so loosely sewed that you could not button. The buttons pulled right off.
The neck to waist – which was not a measurement asked for - was so long that it gapped and could not be closed properly. The length of the dress was requested so you should have approximated better.
The lace back was made so far around to the sides of the dress that you could see breasts on both sides. Pink thread was wound in the material and around at varied sites on the dress. The hems were unfinished and fraying.
It did not look like the picture at all.
I have to say that I thought it would be alright to order from your company based on the reviews however, I guessed wrong. That left me with no dress for the wedding...
So with that being said, I will not be recommending your company ever. That was $250 that was a waste. Do not be fooled by the website.

This Company Is From China - No Quick Shipping
I ordered two dresses online, with expedient shipping, which I paid extra for, I expected it in 4-10 days. I happened to be showing someone the dresson the website when I noticed a message on my account. They were informing me that my dress was being made (I was under the impression it was instock and I ordered a regular size with no alterations).
With the shipping date they gave me, it would arrive after the event. Therefore I had to travel to another state (I live rural area) and find a dress off the rack. This cost me a couple hundred dollars for an overnight trip - not including the cost of the dress!
I notify the company as soon as I read their message that the shipping terms are not satisfactory, I want to cancel the order and get a refund.
I got a sarcastic letter back telling me it was a pity that I won't take the dresses, and that they would refund except for $100 or (30%) of the cost.
I am so disgusted and hope to save others from having the same experience. Buy from an American supplier. Even if the dresses are from China, at least it is easier to deal with them.
No one will ever answer your email. I ordered and put on rush and still my dress is on the process status. Wasted $200 on this site. Dont be duped with this site.

Rolled The Dice And It Was A Total Win!
So ordered the dress. It came a month and 3 days later so they did honor the rush delivery and my friends and I are blown away at how fantastic it is. I was between the size 6 and so I went w an 8 to be safe. Aside from a few minor alterations which I was expecting it fits very well and the quality is great! The beadwork is perfect. The straps on the dress I ordered are very very thin spaghetti straps and the ones on my dress are a little thicker but again not an issue.

Ordered a dress paid for rush ordering. Chose color according to their chart. Dress was shipped more than a month later (didn't honor the rush order fee I had to contact them to ask why it was so late) The color was wrong even though I could prove that it was on their color chart.

Avoid This Nightmare
Dressilyme is a terrible business. If you have money to throw away and events are are not very important, then you may want to give this company a chance.
But if you have a wedding or any other important event, then DO NOT even look here. Their prices may be attractive, but you won't even get what you pay for.
They have a difficult time understanding the customer's request and WILL NOT give you your money back at all, EVER. You can't sue them because they are not located in your country.
I ordered a wedding dress and gave them very specific requests over the phone and over email on multiple occasions. They still managed to screw up the order and you won't even know about it until a month later and a few hundred dollars short.
DO NOT BUY HERE!!
Horrendous
Save your time, effort and money by not ordering from Dressilyme. The fabrics, handcrafts and quality of the dress are horrendous! When I opened my parcels, the sequins and beads from the dress started falling off, the threads were sticking out and it came with a tear on the netting of the dress. I contacted the after sales help and it was no help at all. She told me to get it fixed by myself!

Disappointed!!!
ordered this dress and they sent it to me two weeks ago. right after i tried the dress i knew the dress is not made correctly and i emailed the company to help me with returning the dress. they asked me to send them pictures so they find out what the problem is. according to their return policy, i had to let them know in less than seven days and nothing else was mentioned as the condition for returning the dress!
i ended up trying the dress for more than 10 times, sending them measurement, explaining the problem via multiple emails almost everyday during two weeks
after 2 weeks, they emailed me that they cant take back the dress and instead they will give me $10 coupon for my next purchase!!!!
the dress was very big right under my bust area and the lace of the dress and fabric had low quality and it was nothing like the dress in the picture.
i wasted my time and my money!
