Love2have Poor Quality And Bad Service.

I purchased a men’s silver ring a few weeks ago. The image on their website was very good and the ring looked very high quality.

Unfortunately when the ring arrived (around 5 weeks) I found the quality to be very poor. The silver looks very cheap and it was already showing signs of tarnishing. The finish quality was also poor and in my opinion looked like something out of a xmas cracker.

I contacted love2have and was asked to send the ring back for assessment. Upon inspection they contacted me to tell me that the ring was of the required standard. They also attached an image of the ring to show that it represented the image on their website, however the angle they chose to take the image from was very selective and not the same angle on the website as I’m sure they could not replicate the picture.

Regarding the tarnishing they told me that over time silver tarnishes and that I should refer to their guidelines on this subject. I had explained that the ring was tarnished when I removed it from the box!! Love2have also claim it was handmade and therefore could not exchange or refund. So a newly made handmade ring tarnished within a week of being made despite being packed in the box!! (who knows what will happen if it is worn?)

They then went on to request another £6.50 to ship the item back and that if I didn’t reply within 30 days the ring would be scrapped?!?!

I paid the £6.50 and over a week later have still not got my ring back.

Deal with this company at your own risk!

Ordered A Personalised Silver Ring With Letters St

Ordered a personalised silver ring with letters stamped on it. The letters were really, really wonky -- it was like a joke ring. We complained but they said it was to be expected, despite the ones in their pictures looking almost perfect. Foolishly, and despite this, we ordered another because we wanted a matching pair. Although the price had gone up £20 in the month since we last ordered, the new ring was lighter in weight, and smaller in height than the previous one. Additionally, it has given me a rash on my finger, making me wonder how pure the metal is. Again, the letters were comically wonky. To my mind this is a very questionable company, and we won't be buying from them again.

We Decided To Buy From Love2have As We Liked The L

We decided to buy from Love2Have as we liked the look of the site initially and on further investgation realised all the jewellery was made here in the UK. The mens selection is particularly good so took the plunge and purchased a silver bracelet. I was of high quality and heavier than we imagined being solid silver. Not only that but delivery is made within a week for stock items. The Worldpay checkout whilst not the prettiest is secure and does the job in processing the cash side of things for them. Nice box too! Well done Love2Have. Its a shame we were out on our delivery day so we think you ought to ask what day they may deliver if you want to catch the postman.
