UK Official Services Birth Certificate

The worst service I have experienced in my life. Purchased 2 Irish birth certificates using their "express" fast service that is advertised to work after a 5 day process time but recieved my order 100+ days late with no apology what so ever. They are money grabbers for a service I now know I could have done myself by contacting the irish givernment website and buying them direct for 20 Euros each.

I urge you to avoid them no matter how desperate you are or how much you believe their adverts.

Paid £15 for a copy of a birth certificate but when it arrived it's a photocopy, which is not valid. Cannot get hold of the company to complain.

Ordering from Turkey felt a little scary, but from start to finish the service was superb. I spoke to a member of staff who assured me they would be as quick as they could to get my certificate to me. I recommended to a friend who has now used this service and will continue to do so. I ordered a birth cert over a month ago . The money was Taken promptly but after a month I had still received nothing. I called and spoke to a rude Lady and asked that I have a full refund as I had not received any birth cert. The reply I got was "No we don't do refunds" sorry I paid for a service which I didn't get. I then asked to speak to her manager who apparently was in a 3 hour meeting. If meetings are always this long no wonder so many unhappy people not receiving there orders. I have Sent email to them and await a response with a full refund. Shocking Use a proper .Gov service

Was quite scared id never see my apostiled birth certificate after reading some crappy revews.

But i ordered my certificate 25/7/14 and today 19/8/14 it was in the postofice in tenerife.

Wasnt cheep but very efective.

I didnt need to ring email or even wory about anything the did what they said on the page.

Now we can continue planing our wedding.

I ordered a replacement birth certificate for myself on 17th july they told me it was despatched on 31st july,it is now 9th Aug and still nothing has arrived.I have rung them several times,the phone is usually answered by a polite well spoken man,but when i rang yesterday 8th Aug as i am desperate to get the certificate,i need for proof if ID,the phone was answered by a different man with a Brumie accent who was less than polite,he said the standard delivery was second class so it could take a while to get here,i said i had received 2nd class mail from other places and it came within 3 days,he blamed the royal mail and said they would send another certificate.The previous man said the same the day before i am taking myself off to the registrar in my town on Monday to fork out £20 for another,they charged me £15.95,and it looks like i am not getting a certificate,DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

This company and UK Offical records are an appalling company. For over 2 weeks they kept telling me it was in the post, they said that they were having difficulty scanning it as we had asked them to email a copy. No wonder they were having trouble it hadn't been done. At one point they took a photo of someone holding the document (so his thumb was on it) then told us they had managed to scan it!!!Only after telling them that we had been onto Trading Standards and a solicitor did they actually deal with the document. Oh and don't wait for them to call back.

I needed a copy of my birth certificate in a hurry. I noted that the site stated my certificate would be with me in 5 days....WRONG!! It took 10 days! In the meantime I had to pay a further £45 to travel to the office I was registered in to purchase another. I would NOT recommend anybody use this company

Mistaking them for an officialservice I ordered a birth certificate. When I realised they were not an official service, within an hour of placing the order, I emailed to cancel my order. I am being refused a cancellation on the grounds that they cannot cancel orders and the fact that I seem to have no distance selling rights.

An terrible company, don't get involved with them.
