Sham Artists Meet And Greets On Their Site- Use At Your Peril
Received a street parking fine whilst my car was under the care of Mayfair parking. They said they would pay it but despite various reminders, they haven't.
They allowed me to renew the booking with them online whilst abroad, via various compare parking websites - compareparkingdeals.co.uk being one of them, however when I returned they refused to return the car to me saying that it wasn't allowed under their Terms and Conditions and issued me with a daily fine, amounting to hundreds of pounds.
Utter disgrace - these illegal companies should not be advertised on here.

Do not book with this company as they give no customer service and are very, very rude. I had to cancel my parking due to sudden loss in family and called to explain and cancel and they said they would do refund, 10 days later no refund so called to query and she was sooooooo rude and put phone down on me and continuously kept putting phone down when I called. On top of losing family member I don’t need this cold, uncaring, ignorant and rude company so I have now handed this to my bank to sort it, but avoid as there are much better companies out there who give a customer service but not this one!!!!!

The drop off process was excellent - telephoned on way, driver waiting at Terminal 5 car park when we arrived.
Return was a complete disaster. Arrived an hour late at 23.00. Telephoned after picking up luggage as instructed. Told to make our way to the level 4 car park. After half an hour, no sign, so telephoned to see where my car was. Was told I as late (our flight had been delayed an hour), they had no drivers, they were very busy and when they had a driver our car would be delivered. No sign after another half an hour. Told road closure was causing problems and delays. After an other half an hour, I phoned again to be told car was on its way. It arrived 10 mintes later with an apology as the driver rushed off. In the meantime, all other drivers waiting for their cars had had theirs delivered including those who arrived after us. We were left from just after midnoight by ourselves in the car park.
Will not be using this company again.

It's About My Car.
I arrived at my car and find out that this people have been driving my car all throughout I was away. My car was so messed up and full mould,Bird poo, I couldn't recognise my car! And I was away for almost a months. I was so mad, all they could said to me is sorry.

Major Damage To Our Vehicle
We collected our VW Toureg a week ago and when the guy dropped the car off the bonnet was covered in a something like limescale, were not sure, we've tried to get it off unsuccessfully. I sent photos with an email and complained and got no reply. I contacted them by phone and they are now ignoring my calls. I will not let this drop so if youre reading this Compare Parking Deals, I'll next be writing a formal complaint to Stanstead Airport and then will start legal proceedings if I don't get a satisfactory response.

This company is a disgrace. I am still fuming. It took them 2 hours to deliver our car from the time we called them on arriving at Gatwick North Terminal. Then they lied every time I called for an update saying "the driver will be with you in 20 minutes". There were also approximately over 10 other parties waiting like us who had a similar experience (3 of whom had been waiting for over 4 hours, I am not joking). There are other companies that seem to attach themselves to the same tel numbers at arrival as we all discovered yesterday. Avoid like the plague.

Worst Ever Experance
What ever you do don’t use this company I took my car to there Bristol parking where we were supposed to go to the drop off but when we got there we were to go to the short stay car park witch was a fair walk to terminal but hey just one of those things when we got there no one there seemed to know what they were doing but after a while we found a guy who could hardly talk any english but anyway got sorted and a great holiday but that’s when our nightmare started on return we came through passport control we phoned the company to get my car back but they said to wait in terminal as they would be around 15 to 20 minites as they were delayed 40 minites went bye and still nothing tried to ring them again phone switched of after anouther 20 minites managed to get hold of them they said they were on there way and would meet us at the short stay car park witch was quite a hike again but we just wanted to get home when we got there no car no imformation so rang again said they would be about 15 to 20 minites witch at this time was not very happy there was a number of other people also waiting and getting frustrated any way finally my car came and when I walked to the car a rep just walked up and past the key to me I looked at my car it was covered in mud looked like there was coffee stains over the front and when I opened the car up there was mud in every foot well the pasinger seat was reclined there was a half bottle of water left on the back seat and rubbish left in car I approached the guy who brought it back and asked I’m what had been happening with my car he just shrugged is shoulders and in very bad english told me to ring the company I went to drive off and notice the fuel gauge they had used a 1/4 of tank of fuel I looked at the mileage and the car had done 80 miles since I dropped it off I then rang the company again to explain what has happened they just blagged me off saying I would have to send a email witch I did 3 times with no reply phoned the company again had same response use email by this time I was really mad and told the lady I needed to speak to somebody she got really hirate and said there was nothing she could do so I kept on telling her my contract was with them and I wanted to talk to someone I was then told it would be a week before somebody got back to me and the phone went dead really frustrated I then went on there bot service talking to a guy explained what had happened again he then said he would get back to me by the end of the day I thought great finally getting somewhere but guess what nothing nobody got back to me my advise don’t use this company
Didn't Turn Up
Having called the pickup driver 40min prior to my time slot he asked me to call back when i was 5mins away. Go to the short stay area pick up a ticket, there was no-one to meet me.
I waited nearly 30 mins still no one to collect my care. i made the decision to leave my car in the carpark.
Upon my return i paid nearly £180 for 7 days parking.
I had mailed the company but still no reply. Trying to get my money back as i paid for it on my credit card.

Bristol Meet And Great The Worse!!!!
Worse experience ever!! Waited 90 minutes for my car to be brought back! Then he just left my car with key in ignition and walked off! Very rude if you try to call and if you try to complain it’s like they are all in on it and won’t take and complaints off you! So god help with people who have even worse experience than me! The company should be shut down in my opinion there were 12 of us getting the same rude response and waiting an hour longer than we were told!

Dreadful- Waste Of Money
Dreadful experience Meet and Greet at Gatwick, Late September so not even busy. We arrived 10 min late having phoned as asked but they didn’t turn up for 45 min and blamed us! Arriving back we phoned from baggage as asked and then waited for 55 minutes- total waste of money.
