Called from baggage reclaim to be told I would be met in 10 minutes. After 1 hour and many phone calls later, I was told that my car was in another car park! Amazing lack of common sense, that nobody thought to connect my many calls about my missing car with the driver sat in the wrong car park waiting for the missing client!

I was promptly offered a verbal discount on my next booking which I declined. I was flatly refused a partial refund for the service they failed to provide which I paid for in good faith.

I will not be using again.

I was charged £59.50 to change my booking by one day.

I let them now 3 days in advance that I made a mistake when making my booking and wanted to change my return date by one day. They were quite happy to change it but when I checked my bank account I was charged £59.50 for that

here is the cost breakdown:

1. £7.50 admin fee (I did not mind paying that)

2. £12.00 per day (I did not mind paying that)

3. £40.00 for a driver that was supposedly needed. OUTRAGEOUS !!!!!!!!!!!

They do not offer any easy way to solve problems and only create ones.

They will meet you at petrol stations whereas they should be meeting you at the airport.

They use your car whilst you are away. I made a record of mileage and when I came back there were 35 miles on top of my recorded mileage.

They do not use safe location to park your car.

Booked my stay at Stansted airport and accidentally I put wrong return date.

I was flying back just after midnight and instead of Monday early morning I booked Sunday early morning.

I let them know 3 days in advance that I would like to change my return date.

They changed it with no problem but price to change it cost me more than original parking for 3 days.

Originally I paid around £45 for 3 days parking.

To change it by one day they charged me following fees:

£7.50 admin fees (which I was happy to pay)

£12 for each extra day (happy with that as well)

£40 for a driver - which was outrageous as they did not need one !!!

Total £59.50 to change booking by one day.

Also they meet you at petrol stations (not the airport) which is odd and from what I found out they do not have secure parking and leave cars at not safe locations

Spoke to them and they were not interested in any explanation and insisted on that their fees are correct. They did not offer any reasonable option to sort the problem out.

Do not use this company if you want to be ripped off and take money from your card without asking.

The person (manager) at the end of the phone needs to learn some manners as his customer skills are nil!

When questioned about company and terms and conditions he is abusive and uses foul language.

I do not know how Stansted allow them to trade albeit they have been dissolved before under a slightly different name.

Reading other reports on this company they have a bad attitude to customers.

avoid this company at all costs - they are called stanstedmeetandgreetparking.co.uk they are crooks who have no intention of honouring bookings and providing a service to their customers. we were contacted by phone 5 minutes before the time we were due to drop our car off. unfortunately we were running about 30 minutes late due to illness. the company rang us to find out if we were going to be on time and when we said we were a little behind they told us they could not provide the service for us at all that day despite the fact that we still had a couple of hours before our flight. they would not refund any of the cost. we even offered to drop our car at their depot and get a taxi to the airport but they refused this! clearly they make money from people being a little late and then saying they cant honour the booking - it is in their small print!go for a reputable company who will accommodate minor changes in timings instead!!! dreadful and i am surprised they are still operating.
