Poor Customer Service

We ordered Orla Kiely Multi Stem Blackout Made to Measure Roller Blind from this company, when the blind arrived and assembled you could see white at the top of the blind which ruins the look of the blind. On their website it's almost impossible to see a white background in any of the images. Although the company offered 50% refund. After repeat emails and phone calls, they were not prepared to see from our perspective. They constantly repeat that in their T&C's it states refunds at 50% and we should have ordered a sample first...my point firstly we didn't have time to order a sample, and on their website in the description of the product it does not state the blind is white on the back, and once assembled you will see white at the top. If this was the case, we won’t have ordered the blind. Unfortunately, they are not prepared to listen to any feedback

I baught some nice fabric from them but unfortunatly they have no customer service if like me you receive a damaged item.

Avoid This Company If You Don’t Want To Waste Your Time

I ordered a pair of blackout curtains. I didn’t know there are some splits and holes on the blackout materials until I put them up. I requested a replacement then they sent exactly the same faulty ones. They then blamed to the cardboards in the package caused this issue, sounds like it was my idea to pack this way. I finally couldn’t stand it and requested for refund. After more than 2 weeks I finally received the refund but they deducted the delivery fee which is unacceptable, how come I need to pay for the faulty products not even mention the time I wasted on this nightmare!

Avoid - Time Wasters

Tried to order for my mum (in Scotland). Order had billing address in SE London. Called up right away and corrected the “BILLING ADDRESS”

Then on the Friday it said it would be delivered to SE London and not Scotland. I called and called on two numbers and no answer.

Delivered to address in SE London on the Monday and now I have to pay to re direct it to Scotland.

Shocking service and two members of staff totally didn’t understand the he issue and pretty much implied it was my error.

I Asked if they record calls, they said they do “for training purposes”. Ironic as more training is needed all round!!! God know how much time wasted by these time wasters.

Customer Service Etc. Could Be Better

I have contacted Terrys on a couple of occasions. There is I think an issue with not enough information on the website about materials, conversions etc, etc. My first time I phoned about a duvet cover's material, and the girl didn't know, so I chose not to buy. This time I was informed after the occasion that the item I'd ordered using the more expensive quicker option to pay for was out of stock so would probably be delayed by a week. I explained about my availability to be there for the courier being a crucial factor for placing orders (why don't these people do click and collect?). The customer service rep was another young girl and sounded a bit grumpy and argumentative. I was slightly annoyed I'd paid for a more expensive quicker delivery that was completely redundant but this fell on deaf ears, no real help, just an effort to make me feel as if I somehow was to blame. Hope these come as promised albeit a week later than expected. Have to wait and see. Need happier, better informed staff.

Great Products And Very Responsive Service

I recently ordered a couple of large blinds - having used Terry's Fabrics for several blinds before and being very impressed with their service and product quality. This time around my experience was again impressive and perhaps even more so as I had to deal with customer service while on holiday in the height of holiday season, because I needed a last minute swap of the colour. I dealt with a really helpful lady called Lynn who arranged it all really quickly and made sure the switch was prioritised. The blinds were there well in time for the decorator to fit them and by he time I got home. I really rate the company's service, their helpful people and professional attitude.

Curtains And Cushions

I ordered some matching curtains and cushions for my recently redecorated lounge.

Having been out shopping for curtains and not finding a single pair I liked I can home quite despondent. Putting on the laptop I thought I'd take a look online and found exactly what I was looking for on your site .

I ordered them on Tuesday eve and by Thursday they were here which was amazingly quick .

They are very well made and just the colours I wanted.

Will definitely recommend you to others .
