Awful Service
Absolutely awful service ! They sent the wrong blinds then asked for lots of proof which we sent . Then after several calls they said we will send new ones . 10 days later no blinds called back they said we need to see stickers !! What ! We want more proof . Are you joking they haven’t even made the new blinds yet . We have shown them photos sent measurements and pics of the measurements 10 days ago . Apparently production might push back !!! Whattttt !! You sent the wrong blinds . We desperately need these asap ! Well we have to see what production say? Are you having a laugh. What an awful company don’t use these people save yourself the pain!

If All Goes Well Great! But If Not
What a shame things started off so well, ordered a twist and fit blind, it arrived, fitted no problem, good service.
Then not so good, wanted a patterned blind, looked on the Internet, found 247 did a pattern we liked, but in a roman blind, went onto their chat app to ask if they could do it as a twist and fit roller blind, first person couldn't help and I was passed onto a ' more experienced colleague ' while I was waiting I found they did in fact do roller blinds in that fabric.
In the meantime the ' more experienced colleague ' came on the chat to tell me they only did that fabric in the roman blinds and not in a roller blind.
To cut a long story short, I had to send a screenshot of their web page before they admitted that they did in fact do it in a roller blind.
Fast forward blind arrives safely, but there is a flaw in the material a small half moon of white in the grey part of the pattern this is repeated up and across the blind and when held up to the window is very noticeable.
Contacted customer service and enclosed photographic evidence.
The reply I got back was a typical brush off to say the least.

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the material of your blind.
I've taken the time to carefully review the images you've provided, alongside the images on our website and the samples we have in stock. It seems that the pattern you're noticing is actually a characteristic of the blind's design. I understand it might be more noticeable when the light shines through, but this is consistent with the product specifications. To illustrate this, I've attached an image from our website where this characteristic is visible.
Now to clarify looking at the picture of the blind they have on there website, you cannot see the marks, unless you zoom in close as the picture is that small.
When I replied that I did not agree with their findings, as others have stated I did not get a reply, another sign of a sub standard company.
Now I have worked with fabrics for 20 years and I know when a fabric has a flaw in it or not and a white mark in a grey pattern repeated up and across is not ' consistent ' to the pattern or anything if this was the case why was it not shown on the closeup of the material on their website.
This is a case of ' No or lack of quality control ', to expect me to accept sub par materials because nobody inspected it prior to using it is unacceptable in my eyes.
It's a real shame as my buying experience with the company up to that point had been great and I had ordered samples for more blinds but after this fiasco I need to find a better company to deal with.

Wrong Size Blinds Sent
Ordered 2 vertical blinds, both same width and length.
Fitted the blinds which was easy. One of the blinds is to long, even though both windows are the same measurements.
Called 247 blinds, that asked me to take photos of the blind from top to bottom of the vane, sent to to them via email. They emailed me to send more photos, which I did.then they asked for a video, which I sent, still not good enough , according to them i ordered the wrong size, how do they work that out.im being fobbed off by 247 blinds. Paid for 2 blinds and one is useless, both windows are the both the sizes.will never used 247 blinds again.

Faulty Head Rails
Ordered a vertical blind well it looked fine until I put the vanes up.
I had more trucks on one side than the other and the gaps were terrible.
So they ordered me a complete new blind well I wish I never bothered. Second blind came put it up and it only turns one way.
And now they want to send another head rail out .
This has been going on for over a month now.
Bad mistake.
Good customer service but very poor workmanship.
I would think twice before ordering anything from them.

Dont Buy! 4 Blinds £467 Damaged, Look 2nd Hand Ignored
Dont buy! Received 4x blinds £467 damaged, bent frames, thrown in a box together, not wrapped or care. Velvet ruined screwed up, marks, unprofessional joke!! Ignored all week 3 weeks now no blinds. Production team need decide but ignored! What a mess. Taking it further, they dont care one bit once received your money! Bradford company stay away

Good Value, Good Quality, Good Service
Having researched several companies prices and colours looking for a vertical blind for my daughters salon 247blinds came out on top.
I ordered several samples of the colour tones she wanted which were delivered the next day.
Having selected the colour I ordered the blind which was delivered allowing for a bank holiday weekend in 48hours in very secure packaging.
All in all great communication and service from 247blinds.

Lovely Blinds!
The room totally changed with the day/night blinds. We also had to change the measures as hadn't noticed that the curving of the ceiling impacted the measures, we got a replacement because of the insurance we had taken and no additional cost, really happy we took that add-on.
