I thought I had renewed with TBO but when the schedule came through it asked me if I wanted to renew and had missed off our vital employees liability. Thinking it a glitch I asked for an amended schedule and advised that we had paid. No reply. Over two days tried phoning, all lines busy. Tried emailing customer services. Email returned undelivered. Tried requesting a callback. No response. Fearing the company was no longer trading asked FCA. They gave me MD's personal line and email address. I tried both. His phoe was on answer phone no call back. His email returned undelivered. But a few minutes later an adviser from TBO called me, assured me we were insured and said he would correct omission on statement. Assurance given of a new schedule by close of play. No reply. I have now taken the decision to close our site until we can get our liability cover sorted as legally we can't operate without cover. Beware I wish I had been warned about how unreponsive TBO can be when there is a problem.
