Policy Bee were not only competitive with their quote, but they covered me for some of the other things other insurers did not. some policies do not cover you for pap work, others for items lost at weddings where you cannot physically carry every on your person at all times, or keep going out to the car to get stuff.

They use a company called CATS for their claims process, who kept in regular contact with me by phone and email and really made the whole process of replacing my times so easy, that when it was done, I actually had to ask "is that it?" in surprise at the ease of the process. They did not have a Facebook page for me to write a review, but I felt it important to write something somewhere, public.

One of my items was no longer in production and they found and offered me alternative solutions quickly. One of the lenses that was damaged I needed urgently as it was one of my daily lenses (70-200mm), they allowed my to buy this from amazon so that I could get it straight away, and reimbursed me for this later.

I would recommend them wholeheartedly. An insurance company is only as good as their claims process, and with this PolicyBee proved an A+.
