Took our payment in full for insurance and then refused insurance. Charged £30 for the privelege and we still haven't had our money back and we still need insurance! Disgusting and disgraceful.

Being brand new to the Motorhome fraternity I was at a loss as to which Insurance Company to use. I went through all the Dealer suggestions that were given to me from where I bought the van but eventually came across Comfort scouring the Net.

Well the knowledge shown by the lady I spoke with had me thinking that I might sign up with them, but as soon as I realised the cover being offered compared to the other Companies I had spoken with I had definately made my mind up

And it included breakdown here AND it was by far the most resonable

All following paperwork was received in a couple of days or so

We are changing our motorhome and having read some good reviews of Comfort I got an online quotation - and what a surprise compared with my existing insurer including vehicle replacement up to 3 years old.

To complete the process as I had a query I called their customer service number that was answered quickly and the person I dealt with helped me complete the process. All relevant documents were e-mailed through very swiftly.

Painless experience that saved me money - win/win!

I have just insured my motor-home with Comfort Insurance.

The process was very quick and efficient and the price was reasonable, considering i didn't have any 'no claims' to bring to the insurance policy.

The lady who took me through the process was business-like yet friendly and took me through the questions quickly.

It was all done in about 15 minutes.

I'm looking forward to the South West of England for a couple of weeks :)

Had to provide photos and certificates for camper conversion. Fully understood why, each question why, was answered clearly. I always ask why because I like to know! Gas cert. required which was ok as I keep my paperwork up together. With gas I like to be safe. Had a call back, all was in order. Nearly two hundred pounds cheaper and no hassle. There was nothing I didn't like, staff helpful and courteous.

The charge for changes sdress is appauling, we will ore to another insurer

Telephoned Comfort for what was the most competitive price in a Comparison site and it was the very best price I could get, then was told that I couldn't possibly get insurance from Comfort without a Gas Habitation Check as it is a condition of their underwriters - this condition adds £100+ onto the so-called cheapest price, so I am fully aware to steer clear of Comfort for eternity. To be fair they said that I can go with someone else within Comfort, but it would be nothing like the quote I have from others.

I did go with BG for £303 & No Gas Habitation check :)

Needed insurance for my new motorhome for this morning and got a call back off a lady before 9am to sort it out. Cheapest quote by miles so very happy. The service I received was excellent and it didn't take more than five minutes! Thank you

I rang and spoke to a very polite and helpful young lady today who explained everything in great detail and made it so easy to understand. I didn't have to wait as she answered the phone straight away and my insurance was renewed in no time at all, especially as it had only increased by a few pounds so I was delighted as so many other companies increase their prices so high this year.

It was a pleasure doing business with your staff today and I will recommend your company to my friends.
