Please see my Google review,terrible service,terrible customer support,terrible experience,terrible company.if you want stress and defective product,ie unregistered motorhome that as numerous defects and shoddy repaired paintwork,this is the place to go .even if they have what you’re looking for please go elsewhere you will regret dealing with WANDERHOME

Recently bought a caravan from Wanda home, service starts to finish was impeccable, soooo friendly.

Had a couple of small issues while I've been away and they have bent over backwards to help. Extra bit thanks to such a nice and helpful chap.

Caravan Service

Our experience with Wandahome (South Cave) Ltd when taking our caravan for its first service was excellent. Travelling down from Northumberland we made use of the on site camp site which is so conveneient with good facilities. We had good communication from all members of staff during the booking process and during our stay. The few snagging issues that needed to be sorted out which, I have to say, were very minor were all sorted out and a very thorough service and habitation check was performed. Special mention to the agent who works in the aftersales service who looked after us very well but all members of staff that we met and dealt with over our 3 day visit we all most helpful.

Excellent Customer Service From Katie Grant

Purchased two BoCamp chairs back in March from Wandahome. Unfortunately after just one holiday in June using the chairs they started to show signs of wear which could lead to them tearing. Sent an email to customer service showing photos and a representative at Wandahome immediately responded offering a full refund on the chairs. We have since decided to exchange the chairs instead of receiving a refund and again - nothing was too much trouble for her who arranged a collection of the damaged chairs and delivery of the new ones.

In a world where good customer service is hard to come by it was refreshing to receive the level of service that this representative provided. She has been amazing.

Excellent Experience

We recently purchased a secondhand caravan from Wanderhome and were really pleased with the excellent service we had throughout, a shout out to the guy in Sales who was amazing!

On collection day we were given a thorough handover and shown how everything worked, we were encouraged to ask as many questions as we needed. We visited the onsite shop for items we needed and again was met with excellent service where nothing was too much trouble.

We did experience an issue with the caravan after arriving home, the after sales service has been equally as good, we were called when advised and was straight back in to get the issue resolved.

Thank you to all the team at Wanderhome, an amazing experience!!

especially impressed with the way staff dealt with delivery. We stayed on their adjacent site after delivery and our questions/ small issues were efficiently and promptly by on site staff.

After Sales Above And Beyond

Whilst en route to a motor homing touring holiday of Spain , I noticed that my solar panels / charger were not charging my leisure batteries. With this being a relatively new van with a few snagging issues Wanderhome had previously resolved I turned to their after sales team by e mail from Spain for help.

Aftersales promptly replied asking for a suitable contact details, so a technician could call us back, the following day the technician called me, he clearly had a in depth working knowledge of the vehicle and systems and was able to guide me through the potential causes of this issue and which to check first.

The technician was right first time and we are up and running on solar once more.

This is customer service above and beyond that they didn’t have undertake but thankfully did !

Excellent Customer Service

From starting negotiations to buy a new caravan over a year ago we have been highly delighted with the service of everyone we have talked to. We had a few small warranty problems these have all been dealt with without any drama. When we have rung for help the appropriate person has rung back and each time given useful tips.

We have just had the caravan in for it’s first service. Again no fuss just good service. Well done Wanderhome keep up the good work.

Disgraceful After Sales Service None Existent

Bought a motor home costing £58,000 in only May, The motor home has been back for the second time, I have done nothing but chase the after sales service department who I might add are always under staffed for a large company.My motor home is still back there two weeks later We have called and asked for an update and still not one phone call back from them, I have now put in an official complaint. I have wasted 7 hours without pay driving back and forth and explaining myself of the problems. I am now looking into legal advise as The motor home is still under 1 years warranty.If you want any source of after sales service DO NOT USE WANDER HOME AT BROUGH

I would of wanted to know that more than one person who deals with after sales would be available to deal with any issues, she is the one who deals with issues poorly as does Wander home. Please follow this review as I have evidence to support my experience

Where Can I Start!

Everything to do with this company is dreadful, but they don't seem to worry about bad reviews as just carry on as is and get away with it.

We bought a brand new Fleurette Migrateur (Pop top) at a cost of £82,000. It was on show at the Birmingham motorhome show and collected said vehicle in May 2023. I can honestly say if I knew what all I know now I would never have bought it.

The service I have received since (or should I say lack of service) has been non-existent.

There have been so many things wrong with this motorhome but all we get from Wandahome (South Cave) is bring it back to us to look into. We live in Surrey so to travel to Hull which would take us at least 5 hours each way (if we are lucky with traffic and no accidents) not forgetting petrol costs etc. So each time a problem occurred we would have to go back to Hull.

I cannot list all the problems, there are far too many.

Just driving home from Hull in camper the overhead cupboards kept opening all the time during the drive (can you imagine if we had items in them),

No gas hose supplied, manual keys for habitation door did not work, they said put WD40 in lock (still did not work), blinds on front windscreen nothing to hold them together when close, light on pop-top does not work, bathroom toilet door does not close properly, control button for electric cooker fallen off (before ever even using it), back bed under storage the timber that supports the bed broke off.

Why did Wandahome release this vehicle to me without carrying out a full inspection on this vehicle before handing it over.

I could carry on & on, their website state NCC approved workshop but we have tried to use any that are more local to us but were advised only Wandahome can do any servicing/warranty.

I have had motorhomes since the early 1970s, Hymers, Rapido, Burstner etc and have never experienced such problems like this. Wandahome have shown no genuine concern whatsoever in sorting out said problems, all they keep saying is bring it back to Hull. Absolutely terrible company.

I put a £500 deposit on a touring caravan from these people then tried to cancel 2 days later only to be told I will not be able to get my £500 back, no 14 day cooling off period or anything. What are my rights?

Your lucky? they owe us £2000 for a deposit paid at the NEC show!
