Couldn’t Be More Helpful
Purchased my new motorhome from them and from start to finish they have been fantastic. We had a small issue that was rectified immediately. Cerith in parts got me the parts I wanted to add to my motorhome and kept me up to date the whole time.

Total Waste Of Time!
Theyre all lovely until you hand over your hard earned cash then they refuse to give you what you paid for for months....Still waiting! Complained as it's literally been almost 5 months to provide us with the caravan we purchased but have been told "it's not ready" told them we want our deposit back only to be told "it's non refundable so tough!" Avoid at all costs! I'm going to trading standards to get this sorted out!

Urgent Repair Done In 24 Hours
My roof skylight thanks to storm Eunice was damaged so badly a complete replacement was required urgently.Once ok from the insurance company part was in in 24 hours a phone call and next day all done. The repair looks brilliant.

Disgusting Customer Service
I bought a motor home 6 months ago and from the collection there were 5 faults that still haven't been fixed despite it being returned have 5 times for warranty work.

I purchased a motorhome for ÂŁ29,995 that was suppose to include Habitation Check, Service and 1 year warranty. After they delivered the van (during the Welsh lock-down incidently) I discovered many faults including doors and drawers that came open in transit due to broken catches and maladjustment, leaking sink waste,and worst of all, a broken and cracked shower tray. I have tried endlessly to contact them with no response to emails or telephone messages. This raises doubts that they ever did a Habitation check. They offered no remedy or compensation under their "Waranty" agreement which is verbal only so the extent is unknown to the buyer. We were given no evidence of any service so have no idea what if anything was done to the vehicle.
The reason their after sales is so bad is that they do not do "what it says on the pack" - BUYERS BEWARE

Shocking Service
Bought a elddis which was brand new in June 2019 , it had a few initial faults which were supposed to be sorted on hand over in five weeks time , it’s nearly a year later now and after another 20 plus faults I have tried to reject the van , 3 as don't want to no and it’s now down to the finance company to step in with no results in my favour , the outcome is they are taking the Motorhome to auction and are going to sell it and can’t guarantee I will get all of my money back , so I’m without a Motorhome and with all the extras I have put on it pus had a tracker fitted to make sure it’s safe I’m going to be thousands of pounds out of pocket , my only hope now is the finance ombudsman but this will take up to another 9 months , so all I say is dnt go there

Sales staff are very helpful/friendly couldn't fault them. Should you need to use the warranty service DON'T BOTHER, there is NO communication between staff, I was told my van was done after 2 weeks, only to find out they hadn't even started it and even told me that I hadn't returned it to them. Kept calling them to get updates but NO one returns ANY calls, neither does anyone know any details about my van. Then was told new fridge had been approved & ordered (under the warranty) only to find out 4 days later that nothing had been ordered as the part in question was not covered by warranty. They had it nearly 5 weeks to come out with that. They have given me 1 hell of a run around. NO AFTERSALES CARE WITHIN THE ENTIRE COMPANY
No Customer Service With This Lot!
We bought a brand new motor home and it let in water, and was not registered or taxed. The dealer failed to keep in touch, didn't fully explain what went wrong, didn't apologise, blamed everyone else. Don't go anywhere near them,!
