Waitrose Christmas Hampers

My daughter, who lives in Canada, ordered a hamper for me. It was awful, 3 lots of smoked salmon, 2 brandy butter and brandy clotted cream, awful biscuits for cheese, a few cheeses, 2 the same, a Christmas cake that wasn't iced, do it yourself, what a nerve. Worst hamper ever, I hoped she didn't pay much for it, because it was a rip off.

Waitrose customer service fantastic. Hamper very poor value £63 approx value contents for £150 ! Also delivered damaged with planted bowl damaged. Waitrose own products excellent so why put other unknown brands in the hamper at ridiculous cost. I large bag of crisps £8.20 !!!!!!

Again customer service could not fault their polite and helpful manner to try and put things right.

I recieved my hamper (Wonder of christmas) from work again this year to find there was nothing christmassy in it. It was mostly plain jane and tasteless junk that was taking up space on the waitrose shelves and what a better way to flog it. where was the christmas cake or even christmas pudding????? OH yes look they added a jar of mince meat wheres the pastry? Maybe next year will be better. BAH HUMBUG

The Waitrose Christmas Hamper I received last year was brilliant. It had loads of different, interesting things in there. I got mine as a christmas present from my work and it was great. Lots of things for all the family to share. Chocolate, nuts, biscuits and most importantly Alcohol. A great Luxury hamper that im sure will please most people.

An amazing gift, real goodies in it, fantastic presentation. A wonderful gift. Picked mine up today!
