Customer Service
I am currently receiving one of the worst pieces of customer service from this company. No empathy or any type of service, quoting their terms and conditions to me and seeming pleased with themselves that they have responded to my query within two days.
Disappointing Service
I am extremely disappointment with the service I received regarding order "Birthday Delight."
I placed my order on the 8th of July with a requested delivery date of the 13th of July, which was my daughter's birthday. I was charged extra to ensure the delivery would be made on this specific date. However, the delivery was not completed on the 13th, but instead on the 14th, completely spoiling the birthday surprise I had planned.
The delay in delivery has caused significant disappointment, as I was unable to travel to the UK to be with my daughter on her birthday. I trusted their service to deliver on time, especially given the additional charges for a specified delivery date. The failure to meet this commitment is truly shocking and unacceptable.
Given these circumstances, I would request a full refund for this order. I am deeply dissatisfied and feel that this refund is the least that can be done to address the situation.I will not use their service ever again and not recommend to any one.

Took Ages Was Hard Work Terrible Payment System
All I wanted to do was choose a Hamper.
Paying for it was a nightmare.
I had to make up an account and it kept asking me for my password which I don't believe I ever had.
I then waited 10 minutes for the e mail to reset it !!!!!
The chat box constantly popped up and then no one was available to actually help...really ? ....
Honestly I have wasted about 25 minutes of my morning on just trying to pay for something.

This will be the Second year we have purchased two hampers for our parents. Easy to order, delivery excellent. As our parents live quite a distance and we would not be seeing them over Christmas you always hope the gift you send has a little wow factor. I enquired with my sister who lives with my mum how did the hamper look as there was no complains last year. The hamper arrived in a brown box no wicker basket, could of been my fault as not reading the small print as when you purchase an idea its the picture that sells it and the picture of this hamper mislead. I was asked how much the hamper costed, my sister informed me that it was definitely not worth the money and that I had been tricked. So very disappointed with prestige hampers as in previous years we have always created are own hampers for our parents but due to time and ease we choose the easy option. Easy option is not always the best option. Back to creating are own for next year.

Worst Hamper Company
Ordered the top of the range Hamper £900.00 pounds in November for delivery 10th December for a client. Phoned several times just to be lied to by customer services at prestige, I would not recommend this company for commercial as they have no clue to customer service.
It’s always better to be truthful and not be untrue to customers.

Terrible Customer Service! Be Wary
I purchased a hamper at £90 to delivered 23rd December as the recipients were away until late 22nd December. I paid £5.99 for delivery and when asked which date to deliver when ordering I selected 23rd. The hamper was delivered 20th December and as no one was home it has been thrown over the side gate (6ft high) where it will stay, in the rain, until they arrive home on the 23rd!! If the fall from height hasn’t broken the contents, the rain will definitely do its damage! I have contacted them only to get a very standard reply about peak times being busy so may deliver early or if they are in hard to reach areas. They are near Southend so hardly outer Hebrides! I now have to purchase ANOTHER gift for them as this one will be ruined. The response from customer service is disgusting and disappointing. I would not use this company again as it’s quite clear they are very happy to take your money but not so keen to reimburse for mishaps they have made. I urge you to be very wary before using them.
Functionally Good, But Can Be Improved.
This is the 7th or 8th year that I have used Prestige Hampers website. It is consistent. Functionally good (easy to find a product suitable for friends and Family. However, areas for improvement would include a) Allergy, religion and health filters (if the recipient has a nut allergy, heart condition, or is type 1 diabetic, or is of a religion with eating limitations - Pork or alcohol for Muslims, or beef for Hindu's the filter would automatically make suitable recommendations), and b) budget filter (if the buyer has limited funds, and has set a budget per person of £20, £30 or £40 then the filter would list products below or equal to the budget levels)
