Shocking Service

Left with an open roof after a storm from 19 th December. Claim put in, water pouring ingress, freezing temperatures and snow on the way. Every day we call the company to sort claim and we are told something different or additional info is requested- prolonging damage. 2 young children in the house badly affected and we will need to move out if this goes on much longer.. After being a loyal customer to 3 XD for many years this level of poor service is not acceptable.

I Have Used 3xd For Over 10 Years For Contents And

I have used 3XD for over 10 years for contents and buildings insurance and can honestly say that I have never had a problem of any sort with them. When I phone them they answer promptly and always sort out my query. There aren't many companies out there today who could compare to 3XD, I would definitely recommend using them for any insurance.

Happy Long Standing Customer

I have had my cover with 3XD for around 17 years now, I've contacted about 3 claims/potential claims and every time they've been first class. I also work as a broker and have recommended to many people over the years, frequently people give me great feedback about the service from the company and the claims process. I've had countless people asking to change away from other providers following claims experiences and through 17 years I've always recommended 3XD with confidence and as I say had numerous clients feedback about them being happy with the customer service / claims procedure. Claiming can always be stressful, people have a damaged home, or lost property and the industry uses loss adjusters across the board. I've encountered several instances where people have been defrauding insurance companies, so there is a line between looking after good clients and protecting themselves against dishonest people.. in my experience, and my clients, 3XD manage this balance well.

Excellent Service

I have used 3XD Insurance for over ten years now, both for my own property and as a landlord. They are extremely efficient and have always been competitive on price. You always hope you never have to use your insurance company but on a couple of occasions I have had to make a claim. The claims were dealt with efficiently and effectively without too much questioning. I recommend 3XD without reservation.

Having extended house I needed to ensure that all of the property was covered.

got straight through on the phone to an admin lady, who took all of the details and rather than putting me on hold, called me back. was called back within 15 minutes with an answer. excellent, friendly yet professional service.

highly recommended.

“loyal 15yrs! Diabolical Customer Service”

3XD INSURANCE Buildings, Contents, Energency Legal - everything after 15yrs no claims...Tried to claim but ended up not bothering as apalling service.

Very, very and very POOR - don't do it.

Called the emergency number 2hrs:30+ to answer - mains water leak 990 ltrs per hour. Sent wrong type of plumber who could not find the leak as it was underground and needed a specialist [which i told them it did]. Then had to claim on main policy as 'apparently' Trace and Repair comes under that policy even though I had £1k cover on emergency and it doesn't affect no claims - clearly trying to get to break no claims - I was already paying £400+ per annum. Again very poor on main policy line - they use a claims handling company who are atrocious. anyway 4 weeks having to turn water on and off at boundary stopcock due to trying to save water leaking under the house = could be washing away the footings after all... but they don't care. 4 weeks of bucket showers, bucket shave   In short ended up paying for a water main myself as fed up with these nerds as they don't know the meaning of customer service and the customer services manager is a real jerk - very un-professional so please don't touch with a barge pole. 3XD you have lost out on recommended business in the region of 4500 plus employees in my organisation so yor loss ..!

Loyal Customer For Years! Atrocious Customer Service!

Engineer said he’d been to the job and hadn't. We are without heating and hot water for 2 days now and have just been cut off a call after we questioned why we are being told we’d have to wait a further 48 hours for someone to come out! Weve been a customer for years and pay for 24 hour callou….but somehow 72 hours is an acceptable amount of time to wait??!!

Unbelievable! They Have Been Taking My Money For O

Unbelievable! They have been taking my money for over two years when I tried to make a small claim the customer service is atrocious. I had to call back so many times, each time what seemed like a schoolgirl would take her time to ask me the same questions repeatedly then put me on hold for ages

And then cut me off.

I would never in a million years recommend them to anyone! Absolutely disgusted with their customer service, I’m cancelling my direct debit with immediate effect.

What A Shocking Company

Avoid this company, if you ever have to make a claim you have to make numerous calls, expect to be cut off, this company is not fit for purpose, I wish I read the reviews before taking out insurance with them, I have now cancelled and would never recommend them.

What A Fiasco

I can't find words that can explain my experience, after making a claim with 3XD for redundancy. I am now well into my 4th month, and still no sign of dealing with my claim. They have used every delaying tactic known to man/woman. They have promised to return phone calls and never have, non of my emails are ever acknowledged until I send another to follow up, keep well away, or you will regret it. Am at my wits end with them.
