An Honest Company Which Actually Reduces The Renewal Price.
Most insurers I have used in the past automatically increase their renewal premiums even if you haven't made any claims. They rely on the fact that most people won't spend the time looking for a better deal, but Home Protect has lowered my policy price for the past two years without me even having to ask. That's what I call service.

Decided to change provider after a 39% increase on renewal from previous provider. Searched Compare the Market and found Home Provider to be the best option at a fair price. Easy to set up new policy with and good communication.

Easy To Get And Competative Online Quote
So far it has been a good experience all done online so I have not had reason to speak to anyone yet. I liked the 5 star Defaqto and Moneyfacts reviews and then found a really competative cost, which was better than an alternative cost I had.

I have a house and contents insurance policy with Home Protect, the actual insurer being AXA Insurance UK plc. Some of my details on which the premium was based have changed (improved). Should I contact Home protect or AXA to notify these changes, and in order to submit proof of changes would need to notify by post so can I get an address for either Home Protect or Axa as the case may be?

It would be best to contact Home Protect by phone and update your policy. There is a proper term for it like mid-contract something or other but if you notify Home Protect, they'll deal with AXA themselves.
Has anyone else been sent a surveyor from BVS in Bolton when claiming for storm damage for a roof that is letting in rainwater?
