They gave advice on housing the hot tub and moving it, which was invaluable. All charges were clearly explained, and their on line ordering and invoice system is first rate.

Fantastic very clear information , helped with the pump, which had been discontinued. Fitted the next best thing with a little adaption here and there, and it all works well.

Ordered a hot tub motor and pump from Hottubdiy.c.uk, It arrived quickly, the customer service was excellent and he was more then happy to talk us through the repair over the phone, he was very knowledgeable and ensured that I had ordered all of the correct parts to repair. Delivery was next day and well packaged and the parts were of the same make of the original in our hotspring hot tub. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or to recommend.

He is a very knowledgeable guy and knows his hot tubs. Nothing is too much trouble and he will go out of his way to help you. We had trouble fitting a new pump and he didn't hesitate to offer his services and came out to assist. He is always available for advice on the end of the phone too. The parts are very reasonably priced compared to other companies. Have just taken delivery of a new lid for our tub (all sorted out by him whilst we were away on holiday) and we are very pleased with the overall quality and look of the product.
