RotoSPa Duraspa

From start to finish I could not fault the service I received from Jason at Rotospa. I was personally given a look around the showroom and workshop even though it was a Sunday and the showroom would normally be closed they opened up especially for me.

The hot tub was personally delivered and despite a fair number of obstructions from the roadside to the site I wanted they helped me and a couple of friends to get it into place with no bother at all.

This is my first hot tub and i had lots of questions about how to look after the water and look after the tub, I feel i have been in good hands.

The hot tub is fantastic, it was initially quite slow to get up to temperature, but it is large (I can fit 6 in) it has since maintained temperature perfectly. The jets are powerful and give a lovely massage - I love it.

The guys at Rotospa have been very helpful since purchase, talking me through setup and my first maintenance checks - even on a Saturday afternoon, and always ready to help if I needed it.

Having experienced our first hot tub while on a cold & wet holiday in Wales (the Spa was a life-saver!), we looked around for an affordable one for our home use. RotoSpa looked a likely candidate, and "home-grown", too.

We arranged to visit the factory, and had a very helpful tour and wet-test, coming away with a very reasonable quote for the Duraspa to consider. It didn't take us long to say "yes" and the Spa was duly delivered and installed as agreed.

We love it. Even during last winter it was very usable. It's only rain that makes it unpleasant to use We have found running costs to be about £1.50 to £1.75 per day - cheap for the amount of fun and de-stressing it provides. Most often we use it singly, but it can accommodate a friendly family group quite well.

When we needed a bit of extra advice re: chemical treatment and draining/refilling. it was readilyt available. Sales Director was very helpful. The only problem has been a fault with the LED lights - a loose connector, it seems, quickly sorted.
