If you found a great hotel deal on Prestigia.com: DO NOT BOOK! But most importantly: DO NOT BOOK your flight quick as you may receive a cancellation notice by email TWO DAYS LATER - only after the reservation was already confirmed by a hotel voucher and an online status "Confirmed".

That's exactly what happened to me: Prestigia came up as the best deal on Gran Bahia Principe Coba hotel in Mexico's Rivera Maya through Trivago.ca travel search site. Excited with the deal I booked it and followed up with a flight purchase. Two days later (to my utter disbelief) email came: the reservation is cancelled! Pre-scripted email but no explanation! NOT NICE!!!

Surely Prestigia does not value its customers and does not honour closed deals!!!

Later I received an email from Prestigia explaining that hotel "could not confirm your booking due to availability". This was a "see through" lie as many other sites continue to offer rooms and also the hotel confirmed having plenty of rooms available for the dates in question when I called them to inquire...

I was left hanging dry with a non-refundable flight and pressured to find another (real) travel site to book the same hotel with.

I don't have to emphasize that I ended up paying 75% more than for my "Confirmed" reservation with Prestigia!!!

I had such a great experience booking through Prestigia, I had some doubts about my booking and I called them, their Customer Service was so helpful with me and they spoke with me in my mother tongue (spanish) They helped me with all my requests and they were way too eficient. My holidays were a dream vacation thank you to Prestigia1

A very good website and great value for your money. I booked twice with Prestigia and will book again.

They should create a loyalty program for customer who books many times with them!

The booking service is simple but functional. Technical support is available when necessary, but most importantly, this booking process was hassle-free, as compared to some other services tried before.

Fairly easy to navigate, good rate negotiation, helpful support staff!

Very quick to respond to my request to arrange transfers with the hotel. I paid the price as quoted by Prestigia plus the local taxes as Prestigia advised I would pay.

I have used Prestigia.com, to book a hotel in barcelona, and I must say the whole experience from booking online to checking-in to the Hotel was smooth and hassle free.

I have just got back from vacations in Marrakech. It is not the first time that I book through Prestigia and truth to be said; I have encountered no problems at all.

Anyways, I just wanted to share with you my beautiful stay at the riad Demeures d'orient. Simply amazing moroccan house, perfect for romantic trip, near the souk and very welcoming staff. If you are planning to visit Marrakech, this is a very good address.
