Holiday Inn Express

Recently stayed at the new hotel. Located by a industrial estate, quite and tooked away. Fresh exterior and complimentary small car park.

I was greeted by a welcoming member of staff who provided me with all the information I needed upon check in and accommodated my extra requirements with no issues.

The room was spacious, the new design mirror and storage was a great touch. The room was clean as expected and a comfortable bed. The only down side was the duvet cover which for some reason had lose linen bits which stick all over your clothes, as I found out on my dark clothing.

Bathroom was immaculate with a walk in shower, it also had heated towel rail and plenty of fluffy white towels.

Upon check out, was greeted ok-ish by a member of staff but could have been a little bit more attentive to find out if they stay was ok and not make me feel rushed .

Overall a good experience but always room for improvement.
