I did order with Dylan queen a beautiful dress and when l received was just a biiiig deception . NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPAGNY . The customer service pretend to don't understand what do you mean , the material is very cheap , unfinished and very bad . Believe me they want just your money if the dress is not good don't ask for exchange or refund because they don't going do to . I 've fighting for couple weeks and nothing happened

I bought a dress from Dylan Queen and it was very poor quality and looked cheap. Don't even buy anything from them!!!!!

I have ordered a Wedding Dress, and although I have given all the necessary measurements, the dress does not fit properly. It cost me as much as the amount I paid for the dress to get it fix for my Big day.

I am very disappointed.

Please I advise you to avoid buying form them.

I bought a wedding dress from the site. It was very delayed which was not what I expected as they promised a shipping of 4-6 days only!

I paid an extra £25 for the postage and a few days later paid another £4. They did not inform me about the postage delay and the extra money I had to pay.

The customer service is very rude and do not take any responsibility.

Upon receiving the dress, it was nothing like what I bought. The colour is different and the design of the beadings are different to what is presented on the website.

I contacted them again and got nothing but an email saying: I suggest you keep the dress!!!!

I am very disappointed by their customer service as they are not honest and they are not professional. They do not pay any respect to their customer and very much falsely advertise their products.

Does anyone know how I can get a full refund and if they know any companies that are willing to help me with this situation.

Ordered gown and received it in the time quoted. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of fabric and craftsmanship. I sew a little and the fabric was as nice as any I find in the special occasion department of my local fabric store. My arms are thick for my dress size and there was plenty of fabric in the seam allowance for alterations. I am thrilled with this purchase.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter from this company. I received a dress that looked nothing like the picture advertised. The netting was crudely cut, flowers (not on design) were stuck on with glue and glue dribbled all over skirt of dress, visible un co=ordinate thread. AWFUL. Emailed for over 6 weeks, sent photos of shoddy dress. Got no where. Customer service dreadful. Finally went through Bank and success. Do not let this company fool you. Be patient and persevere if this has happened to you.

I ordered a dress from Dylan Queen and gave measurements. When the dress arrived it was far too short and they refused to refund me. Terrible aftercare and left out of pocket with a dress that I will never wear.

Purchased a prom dress from Dylan QUeen online the dress cost $133.00 they charged $35.000 for tailoring and $ 15.99 for express shipping.It arrived in 10 days the dress was HORRIBLE!!! The measurements were wrong, it looked as an imitation of there picture that they have posted on there website. It was the wrong material, color as well as instead of lace it was sequence and sequence was falling all over the place. The weight of the dress was so heavy and it did not fit my daughter. I e-mailed them the same day I looked over there policy it clearly states return if by fault of there's as well as return postage if approved by customer service. They responded they could only return 5%of the dress price and to keep the dress. After 9 days of numerous e-mails to several different peole. They offered 20%and 60% of the dress price but I had to pay return postage. They sent me $15.46 and to keep the dress!!!My daughter lost out on a prom dress but what do they care. They take your money as quick as you punch in the numbers. They have no contact# and they have numerous addresses in China. The picture of the dresses are from magazines not there companies! They are robbing numerous peole in the US & UK ... They are saying they are not affiliated but the same skeem are happening in both countries. They need to be stopped!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! SOMEONE WHO HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE PLEASE CONTACT !! DO NOT GIVE UR MONEY To THEM!!!

custom made dress was much too big, very unhelpful, cost me £45 to get the dress altered by a local seamstress, dress looked nothing like the pictures, bodice much too long for any normal woman

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter the only thing they got right was the colour! The dress was poor quality and was badly made,with loose ends fraying seams, different material to that advertised and completely wrong proportions and length. Their returns process is a joke they in no way honour their returns policy . They send begging emails asking you to keep dress because they cannot afford to loose money and offer 5% refund as compensation this gradually increases to 20% then half if you pay shipping and taxes to return it (be warned they also say will probably go missing ) when rejecting this the offers then started to drop back to 10% ....this company is not uk based and the goods actually come from china ....avoid them at all costs
