Bought a shirt which cost me around £120. Didn’t want to keep it as it wasn’t really my style in the end. Sent it back over two weeks ago, tracked delivery by the Royal Mail and I haven’t received a refund even though I can see it has been delivered to the correct address and I am not being responded to via email or Instagram. Will contact the ombudsman to resolve the issue. I do not recommend if you’re unsure about an item, especially as they’re priced relatively highly.

In what should have been a routine return, I found myself in a horrible nightmare with Phix Clothing. After ordering three ill-fitting shirts, I sought to return them, only to be told I had to cover return shipping costs. The cheapest option? A whopping $50 from NYC to the UK. When I asked for reimbursement, they flat-out refused. Save yourself the hassle and expense – avoid Phix Clothing unless you’re willing to gamble on keeping items that don’t fit.

I found that the website had much to offer in terms of its variety of clothing. The website also gave clear guidelines as to how everything worked and it well labelled and designed. there were clothes which seemed slightly over the price range i thought they should be but in general there are always some good sales to look at and the styles of clothing is varied which is great. Being able to buy clothes on this website is really easy as simple and the service is very good and efficient.If your looking to shop online here it is very good and you should take a look.

I have bought several different jackets and jeans over the last few years and the whole experience has been excellent,, the quality is fantastic and the unique styles on offer are terrific! I would urge everybody to get on to the site you won't be disappointed! I've told all my family and friends and many have bought from Phix!

Thank you for this great new website. My daughter has really enjoyed looking through the website and now at 13 she is choosing her own clothes, this will her favourite site by far. I have purchased a few products from Phix Clothing now and I must say I have been very impressed with the price of products and when bought the communication of Phix when delivering. Then what seems a day later the product is on my door step, a very customer friendly company! Highly recommend!!

I bought a top from phix clothing and was more than happy! It arrived within 3 days, was packaged properly so no damage to my top occurred and I am now a regular user of this website as I can't find clothes like these anywhere else! I would fully recommend, although sometimes the wait may take longer than expected, which may just be down to myself living over seas from the UK.

There is a great choice of clothes which are unusal to see on the high street and the prices are very reasonable. The clothes are true to size and they also have great sale items. I will definitely be buying from phix clothing soon and have already chosen the clothes.

I'd heard of phix clothing on twitter so decided to have a look at it. I was mainly looking for a jacket and they had various different ones to choose from. I went for the 'retro anorak beige' I really liked the colour and also liked the print inside the jacket. It was £35 which I thought was a good price for what it is. I ordered the small size, it did come up a little bigger than I thought but I'm into the baggy sort if look so I liked it. The shipping date was on time which I was pleased about. I have recommended phix clothing to a few of my friends who also very much like the clothing they sell.

I have shopped with Phix clothing several times now and never had a problem . The items always come within 3 working days and I have never had to return an item. Their range of clothing styles fits my work wardrobe, day and also night.
