Shocking service - took payment for my order and sent email conformation that the tyres had been dispatched. I chased them up after nothing arrived for 7 days. Waited for some one to get back to me and then received an email stating they had cancelled my order. Have not received any refund so now starting proceedings with credit card company to recover my payment. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY PLEASE AVOID. I have no tyres after two weeks and am due to use the camper van this weekend for family trip and can not due to and not looking forward to telling my children.

Ordered 2 tyres / "stated 4 were in stock " Then emailed to say order cancelled, as no stock? And did not know when new stock would arrive. Never had this happen before, with any other companies .would shop elsewhere!

Tyres ordered on Thursday delivered the following Monday am, from Germany.Brilliant service and the prices are the best around even when you add in the cost of delivery and fitting. thoroughly recommended. Many thanks.

I searched online and these were the cheapest by far for a set of 4 ,pilot sport 3's 245/40/18 I ordered at 3:45pm and the next day just before 10am they were at my door . How could I not leave a review for that service :)

OK just completed my second internet purchase from lovetyres.

5 star service. Fantastic.

The hiccup was when a pair were separated at the local depot. By the time it was realised the van was well on it's way, only one tyre was delivered.

A short phone call to lovetyres led to a return call and profuse apologies from all concerned, absent tyre was delivered next morning.

So why am I giving 5 stars?, OK their delivery service had a mix up. But it was dealt with and there were problems. Let's be honest here, not even the mighty Amazon can match this level of service!

I ordered two tyres late in the afternoon. I was contacted by customer services the same day to confirm the order was correct . The tyres arrived the following morning all in order. Overall the cheapest prices with the best service ive found . I dont usually leave reviews but good service deserves recognition.

Ordered some Eagle F1 tyres on a Sunday which were showing as in stock, got an email on Monday saying order was cancelled, no reason, just cancelled.

As a result, I now have to wait 4 days for the money to go back on to my credit card before I can order tyres from another online seller.

Not impressed, don't say something is in stock if it isn't, simples

Very very impressed with Lovetyres.com. Easy to use website, you know the tyres you want are in stock before you pay and their fitting service was simply expert.

Ordered tyres online at 9pm Wednesday night inc. fitting - the price was the best I could find. Turned up at their Hayes base first thing Thursday morning. My car is fitted with TPMS so was nervous about ensuring no issues or damage as the sensors are temperamental and easily broken.

The member of staff reassured me he knew what he was doing, and he did. Didn't even blink when realising he needed to remove 8 Allen bolts on each wheel to do the balancing!

Great customer service, top technical knowledge and skills, and comfortable waiting area and brew facilities.

Bought Avon ZZ5 x 4 tyres, all in stock and fitted 12 hours after had paid for them!
