Ordered 2 cabin filters for my BMW X5. After some time and inquiries from me they finally responded that they were refunding my purchase. My credit card was declined.

How could they refund a purchase that wasn't processed? I offered to try again with another credit card. They said YES. I attempted again to purchase the filters. It seemed to go through. However the order was on HOLD. After more email correspondence they told me the verification was declined. I have an 850 credit rating. Both cards are major bank. The charge was on my second credit card. After much frustration I contacted my credit card and disputed the charge. I have since received an email from Parts Hawk that they were refunding the charge. Does anyone there know what they are doing. Try Rockauto or FCP for better service.

I ordered floor mats through Amazon with Parts Hawk being the third party vendor. I was assured they would fit my vehicle before placing my order. The mats arrived and WOULD NOT fit my vehicle. They approved my return but wanted me to pay for the postage on the return. I called the company several times unable to speak to a representative. I emailed them back and forth but got nowhere with a resolution.

The package that had arrived did not even have the correct year for my vehicle on the box but somehow they deemed it my fault. Once they got your money your stuck if the product does not fit or work, your on your own to get it back to them for a refund or replacement part. Buyer beware should be a disclaimer on their site! To avoid this happening to you avoid this company and their shady practices. In short, order from some other company this one SUCKS!

Found the exact parts I needed very easily. Ordered them & had them delivered in under two days. You can't beat that.

i ordered a part based on the description and picture in their Amazon page. The pictured part is the exact match for the one I was replacing.

The box arrived and a completely different part then what was represented in the picture was sent. This substituted part was larger and did not fit. When I requested a refund they approved the part return but reacquired me to pay the shipping. After numerous emails with him claiming it was my problem if I had not researched the part fitment first I had to pay.

Well the amazon site did expressly say it was the correct part for my car, but I assume for the displayed item, again 100% a match, and not the substituted totally different part. I would have a hard look at the 80% amazon rating seriously and steer clear of Parts hawk, LLC.
