Avoid them like the plauge there company is the worst in the world to deal with they won't do a refund or take the stuff back.  stay away from big dude at all costs

I ordered on the the 24th of December and it is now January the 29th and I have yet to receive my order and I'm mad about it I went and tracked my order with the tracking number and it says it had been delivered that's a lot of bull and has not been delivered I want my order for my money back I emailed them today asking them where my order is and I'm waiting to see what their response will be or I will be going to the better Business bureau and reporting them all I want is what I order I hate people that are bogus and just want to take people's money just not right

I will never order from them again the tracking is never updated i placed a order December 29th and its January 16th I keep getting the run around this is not how you do business especially if you want to keep it...I feel like they just taking people money with this bogus site.

If I could award 0 stars it would be! Avoid at all costs absolutely shambles of a company . Claim the parcel has been delivered when it hasn't. Refuse to give refund claiming they have to wait for Royal Mail to investigate. Spend your money elsewhere and not with this  "company"

Very unprofessional business. I have been waiting fir 6 weeks and still have not received my goods. The follow up customer service has been appalling and quite frankly rude as all they say is it has been delivered when it hasn't been delivered to me. They have taken zero account for the situation and have not even offered to resolve the situation in any way!

Absolutely do not trust or rely on them

I ordered a jacket that I needed for work. It arrived so badly creased and in such a state that I had to have it cleaned and pressed before it could be worn. I sent photos to Big Dude asking for a £12.50 refund to cover the cost of cleaning and pressing , all they said was to send it back . I needed the jacket , I had paid for next day delivery , no time to send it back . The creasing hadn't just occurred in transit , it had been despatched in an appalling state . Doesn't look like I am going to get an compensation , beware when buying from them as they don't listen to their customers , or care it would seem .

I've had several orders from this company.

Prompt service, very fast delivery using Royal Mail rather than more cheaper but unreliable couriers.

Consistent sizes. I know the size that will fit.

Good quality, everything I've had has lasted.

NEVER Have I EVER Had a pair of Jean's TEAR on me BEFORE I WORE them.

I ALWAYS WASH NEW CLOTHES BEFORE I wear them. WHEN I took these Blue Jean's out of the Washing machine & went to hang them in the SUN to DRY, there WAS a TEAR in the pant leg as big as my THUMB ! This IS the 3rd site I HAVE posted on which DOESN'T Allow you to post/include PHOTOS to which I HAVE ready to show.

I was stupid to order 2 suits from the company

First one the blazer was dirty and needed a dry cleaning before wearing

So had to send it back

Took ages get refund

Refunded trousers

And brazed they said

Apologies for this, it seems to have slipped through the cracks.

I have now issued the refund for the Jacket.

After few days they said

No sizes available

Will refund

And refund took again time.

I would not use this website again

So much stress

And not reliable at all!!!

Very customer unfriendly!

I returned an order to exchange for smaller size and am still waiting for the full refund of £159.91 for the tracked return that was received by them over a week ago.

Customers are treated very badly. They don't reply to messages over Facebook or by email and there is no phone number so it must feel they can act with impunity.

I shall be needing to contact trading standards straight away
