Do Not Order From Nelly!
I ordered some evening clothes from nelly. The quality was bad and the dresses were from India/China. But that's not even the matter. Nelly.com forgot to declare the shipping costs and that's why I had to pay customs duties and additional fees for UPS. The cost of the cloths were 120 USD and I had to pay 80 USD extra charges because of their fault.
So if you live in Switzerland, do not buy there!

I do not usually write negative reviews because I find them unnecessary. However, the customer service that I received from this company was not acceptable. I ordered two gym clothing items from nelly which never arrived, I waited two weeks and contacted UPS (the delivery company) I was informed that I needed to contact nelly so that they could investigate my "missing" delivery... Firstly it took nelly nearly two weeks to reply to my email regarding my missing parcel and secondly it took them over a month to confirm that they could not locate my parcel. I immediately contacted nelly to explain my disappointment and asked for a refund, only to be told that I should have been more cooperative with UPS, who had made several phone calls to me, which I can confirm were not receive. I even gave nelly an additional contact number which I did not receive a phone call from. Although I did get several phone calls from UPS after the investigation had been closed, wanting to know whether I had received my delivery. I was so infuriated at the lack of communication between nelly and UPS that I did not return these phone calls and it made it even worse that nelly had blamed me for my lack of communication with UPS! Unfortunately I would not recommend this website and will not be using this company again. In addition to this I will not be ordering from a company using UPS. Hopefully nelly can use this review to make some positive changes and put procedures in place to stop sarcastic emails being sent to customers who are already disappointed after not reciveing their delivery.

Amazing website:) I have ordered from this website 3 times.
The maxi dresses are beautiful and you can get them at at very good price :) never been disappointed with the quality of the clothing.
The only bad side will be delivery company used by nelly.com UPS completely useless.

Absolutely Incredible Service
I have read a few reviews on here that really surprise me - I ordered over £500 worth of clothes from here for my 21st birthday, unfortunately I got to check out and realised there was no option for next day delivery - I was gutted to have wasted my time so emailed their customer service team who kindly offered to air-mail it free of charge so it would arrive in time for my birthday. Following this I was then surprised with a holiday and didn't return the clothes within the 14 days - I emailed again to let them know and they were so understanding that it was honestly amazing. I have never received such amazing customer service.
PS - I kept the majority of my clothes (which all came on time, right size and in great condition)
This is my new go-to shop, honestly I swear by them.

Wrong Dress Size Sent: Patronising Response Customer Service
I ordered a dress US size 8 sent size 4. Huge issue when you need to send back abroad ( live in UK). I ordered this dress specifically from Nelly despite it being less than half the price in the UK in the sales - only had US size 6
I explained that due to my working hours I need to take days off to send this back and got a very sarcastic response about it being delivered by UPS so what was my problem? In that tone.
I have never experienced a sarcastic and patronising service
I've lost my money as it is very difficult for me to return goods- hence I only buy what I know fits.. I'm astounded that this was sent to me in the wrong size. They have sold out of the U.S. Size 8 I wanted
I will never buy from Nelly again and should have read these reviews before purchase.

I tried to order so many times it wouldn't work everytime, the website glitches it's terrible. I would not recommend it to anyone. Thought the dresses were nice but the website gave me so much trouble.

I ordered from this company sunnies, brow gel and underpanties ..I received ONLY BROW GEL and panties...my sunglasses wasnt in the package...so I was immediately contacted customer service of NElly.com NElly com said that they will be look into this.. I was contacted by UPS company, send them pictures of the damaged package..and they said that I must contact nelly.com again,cause they cant help me in this case cause wrapped package was poorly packaged by company Nelly.com Then Nelly wrote to me that they will be not replacement this order..and they will be not refund me my money!!!!!!!!!! Sunnies cost about 200euros!!!!!!!!so its not small amout of the money! This was my 4th order from this company..and there were never any problems with this company..but now I feel robbed and I will be contact my bank institute via I made this transaction and European institute of consumer protection too. I will be never shop with nelly.com again..NEVER! This company has taken 200 euros.

Refuse To Restock!
I really liked this dress, but it was out of stock so fast! It was clearly a very popular dress, so I was willing to wait for it to be restocked. After 2 weeks, with the size monitor on, I emailed them. They said that they might have a few left to sell. I waited again for 2 weeks, emailed again, then they said that it was completely out of stock and that they weren't sure if it would ever be in stock again. How stupid of them! How could they not bother to restock one of their most popular items? I emailed again, they didn't reply. I emailed again, asking the same thing, they didn't reply. What a stupid site.
