I ordered 2 dishwasher crockery trays. On the website they promise to match competitors prices but in reality unless the item you ordered is available for next day delivery they won't price match. Complete cop out and false advertising. V disappointing. I would not recommend this company.

Hard to get Karcher part arrived in good time and perfect fit. Reasonable shipping charge and good price for part. Saved me buying a new water blaster so a $69 part saved me $300+. Owned by new company now, good service for me

Terrible service.

Took 20 pounds from an old lady who needed a part for washing machine.

No delivery in over 8 working days.

No reply to online enquiry.

Do not use this company, they will take your money and ignore you.

Only company I know that won’t put there mistakes right unbelievably bad do not use

I ordered a oven seal for my father who needed it for his oven quite quickly so ordered one for him as you do.

On both the order and the shipping note it says OVEN SEAL but a HDMI cable has been sent out!

I ordered it nearly 2 weeks ago now and even paid £4.99 delivery for it but I still don’t have the correct item

After sending in a email saying the wrong item has been sent out and could the right one be sent out also if they wanted the HDMI cable back could they send me a returns label and I would have to out my way and post it back to them but it’s a business I understand that.

But after another email and a phone call through to there sister company who told me I couldn’t have a phone number for them as they don’t take calls and that a manager from buyspares would be emailed and someone would call me back TODAY but still no one has replied to my emails and no phone call back nothing so even after 3 emails and a phone call I still have no oven seal for my fathers oven.

I just don’t get it on one email they told me they needed to do an investigation,

A investigation into what the person picking has picked the wrong item or the wrong item was in the wrong bin and picked the and packed the wrong item what investigation needs to be done really….the wrong item has been sent and they have known this for a week now but they still have not sent the right item.

Unlike most companies that I have sent the wrong item out to me in the past they just send the right one out to you for next day and for such a low cost item like a hdmi cable the postage costs would out weigh the value of the item so say just keep it I have a box of hdmi cables they come with every you would need one for nowadays

So I still have no idea if the correct item will turn up or just order one from somewhere else hopefully they will get it Right it’s not hard really

It’s the only company I know of that won’t even send out the correct item out even though it’s there error and mistake.

Made multiple charges on my card without my consent. Tried to tell me it was coz some items were out of stock! Load of lies as it clearly stated all items In stock .plus I received a dispatched email stating my items had been dispatched an hr before they repeatedly charged my card . 

Ordered a vacuum bag for the garden vacuum on 20th August, as it was showing in stock on the website. Order confirmed and informed delivery within 10 days.

Still nothing received 13 days later and no update. Emailed them (their live chat not working and no telephone number) to ask for an update and informed the product is OUT OF STOCK, and will be dispatched after 30th Sept.

Asked them why they had let the order go through if it was not in stock, and why they hadn’t updated me. No response to this whatsoever.

Asked them to cancel the order which they did.

Terrible service. I would be waiting over a month and probably longer if I hadn’t have got in touch.

Do not use this company

Tried to cancel order minutes after ordering but was told it was shipped. It had not been. Still after 4 days, NOT SHIPPED. Don't buy from this company.

Absolutely disappointed with the service. I ordered a glass carafe on 14/3/21 and I’m still waiting for my order to arrive. This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I can’t contact them via phone or live chat because it’s not available. They promised to dispatch 10 days of order. Not impressed at all.

Buyers beware. I made a purchase for some oven glass clips and in 2 days I have had 3 seperate payments taken from my debit card. I have had to cancel my card in the fear. Not a trustworthy company.

It took 10 working days to arrive, you can not trace the delivery and premium rate phone charges. When it arrived it was bent and the outer layer of it was coming off. I shall not be using this company again. The cost of the item was £8.36 for a piece of cardboard and delivery charges £2.99. Could of got it cheaper with free delivery from somewhere else. If this it how long it takes to receive a piece of cardboard the company and their employees better send out their Christmas cards soon!
