Ordered a beautiful dark mango wood tv cabinet, delivered on time, communication was excellent regarding delivery. When delivered the guys were very curteous and popped the large cabinet into my living room, well impressed as still COVID out there but email received explaining what they would do etc so very clear. The unit is just beautiful, quality workmanship and looks fab. If you’re looking for something special and a little bit different that’s reasonable and great quality look these guys up, the website is lovely easy ordering and they have great customer care and feedback. One very happy lady.

Experienced a swift delivery, great quality chairs and when we did find a fault with one of the Chairs the customer service we received was excellent, they dispatched a new chair without question, told me to hang onto the faulty one until I was happy with the replacement, then collection was arranged for the replacement. brilliant service, would highly recommend.

This was the first time I have ever ordered a Dining Set from the Internet and I was wary as I knew in my mind what I wanted. I was worried that it would look different when it arrived or it would not be solid enough.

There was no need to have worried as when the dining tables and chairs arrived I was delighted. The Mango wood was solid and sturdy. I loved all the finishes including the ironwork on the back of the chairs. There was no assembly apart from the table legs that was easy. It is quality furniture that will enhance any room it goes into. Money well spent.

We mislaid one of the bolts for the table leg and Casa Bella Furniture have been so helpful and have resolved the matter for us and are sending us a replacement bolt.

All in All it has been a very good shopping experience. I would recommend this company.

Ordered 2 items, based on revuews on this site, a Mango Dakota coffee table, which was fine, large media unit, damaged. They were very good about sending a replacement unit, but recieved it today and it is also damaged!

I was looking for a Hi-Fi unit to compliment the other occasional furniture made of solid Mango wood in our lounge . I particularly like the rich colour that this wood exhibits and was so pleased to come across via the ebay market place, just what i had in mind. The Company- Cassa Bella Imports based in Trowbridge, specialising in Mango and Sheesham Furniture, had a refreshingly clean and very comprehensive web site, giving lots of information about the various and wide ranging furniture they stocked together with high quality images and stock availability. Browsers have an option to obtain actual wood samples of the items to help with final choice which will give a very accurate indication of the colour, sheen and grain patterns in the finished article.

Although I purchased through ebay, Cassa Bella's website gived the browser the option to add items to their basket and checkout via the usual secure server options.

Talking now about my purchase.

The purchase was made on the evening of November 4th 2012 and I had the order confirmed by e-mail on the 5th November quoting a max of 10 days delivery from their couriers.

I subsequently reveived a phone call for delivery on the 7th November giving a two hour delivery slot.

The couriers arrived right on time and as standard they deliver the item to the room of your choice and will take away all packing if required. The delivery men were very courteous and the furniture was handled with care and attention.

The furniture itself was very well packed with thick padded corner pieces top and bottom, paper wrap to the item, a covering of bubble wrap and housed in a substantial cardboard box.

The item itself was beautifully made, rich colour and grain just as described and for the price, a very good purchase indeed.

I would thoroughly recommend this Company to folks looking for Modern, Contemporary furniture and the Company Slogan of Love Rustic, Live Contemporary says it all.

I would have no hesitation to purchase through Cassa Bella Imports again.

Ordered a couple of garden chairs from them - when they arrived one had been damaged in transit - by the courier. A quick telephone call to Casa Bella and they sent a new one out straight away - no hassle, no argument and no hanging about. (The chairs are good quality too - very good value for the price)

I have ordered a Large Mango TV unit, and a small end table to match to go in the lounge. The TV unit took 4 weeks to arrive, a fair time as they did not have in stock. It fits a 50inch plasma perfectly, however I have noticed a dip in the lower beam from the receiver weight, I am surprised at this but as I am not that fussy it doesnt bother me.

The end table, however, as stated on their website, being in stock and usual delivery within 7 days, it is now nearly a month on and nothing. I think this is more the delivery companies fault, however I would hope they used a differnt courier in future.

If you want a good looking, solid wood product and don't mind the wait, then these guys are great :)

Great product, good value and great service

I order the bookcase as an Xmas gift for my wife. The oder was placed 7 days before Xmas and although delivery was promised to be in time for Xmas I didn't realy expect it to arrive on time. Well to my surprise less than 24 hours after I ordered I got a phone call asking if I could accept delivery that day. Well I was not going to be home until 7:30 pm and just to surprise me again they said thats ok we'll tell the driver to wait if he is gets there early. So you can see why I gave 5 stars for customer service. The bookcase was extreemly well packaged and in perfect condition, just as described on the website. Build quality is very good. Value for money was good in comparison to similar products on other websites. The only negative for me was that the colour is a bit lighter than I wanted but I knew that before I ordered so I am not complaining, just wishhing there was a choice of finishes.
