I purchased 2 wall mounted fans. One worked fine the other started with some minor faults after a few months but we lived with it until it broke completely. I returned the item at a cost of £11 to myself. HSD has not alternatives and promised a refund. They gave me a refund minus an amount they called recision. Basically I had had the fan for more than 6 months so they said they weren't prepared to give me a full refund even though it was within it's warranty period quoting an out of date Consumer Act to me. I have never experienced this before and have asked that if they are not prepared to provide a full refund then could they fix and return my broken fan. Needless to say I have had no response from them. Would I use them again - DEFINITELY NOT!!!!!

After Service Is The Worst Ever.

Purchased 6 Overdoor Heaters less then one year old and all 6 have stopped working , contacted HSD Via email to be told there is nothing we can do about this they was not interested

POOR COMPANY, POOR PRODUCT, VERY POOR SERVICE,

I purchased one of their electric blankets. Both heat controllers failed, one after the other. It took them 3 months to replace the 1st heat controller because they were "awaiting a consignment from China". At the time of writing I have been waiting for a 2nd controller for a further 4 months as they are again "awaiting a consignment from China". I have written to the Company to complain and received a very defensive letter, which neither apologizes nor gives any indication of when I may receive a new controller. I have read several other reviews of this Company, by people with the same poor experience as me. Use them at your peril!

Really happy with the service provided. Prompt delivery and when there was a problem with the heater, it was replaced without any quibble. Product is very good and does exactly what I WANTED.

Ordered swan tea urn, was delivered within 24 hours which was great as was needed for the following day. Fantastic customer service, rang in order and spoke to very helpful team Jenner who assured me we would receive the following day. Order was placed at 12pm and item was with me by 11am the following day. Can't get much better than that!! Item is great, only had for 2 weeks but has a years guarantee so time will tell but have read good reviews this is why I chose this item

there is thing is a must to say, when I ordered this item we had to phone to get conformation to say they had the order, all though e-mail so sent twice regarding this order this is why 4 star was given.

Ordering was easy and impressed with email response to my tracking queries. Confusion caused as ordered 2 different items - when 1 parcel arrived tracking info indicated that whole order had been delivered so I assumed 1 item was

missing. However this arrived later same day via a different carrier. Otherwise excellent service and quick delivery.

The heater is as described, compact, slimline and stylish. Delivery by DPD was quick and adequately tracked. The heater came with all fixings for either wall or floor mounting, together with instructions which were easy to follow. When fitted, it was easy to operate and provided a good heat output consistent with its power rating. A very satisfactory experience with the Company, and I would make particular mention of the excellent Customer Services which included a follow up phone call to ensure that I was satisfied.

Fantastic value, fitted skirt for mattress,heats up quickly, cheap to run this is my third (different beds)and they get better all the time, my only gripe is like many products is it only comes with a LEFT SIDE ELECTRICAL CONNECTION (single blanket)as i have an adjustamatic double bed with 2 single mattresses and the only way i can accomodate this is by using an extension lead which is not ideal,SOLVES THE PROBLEM BUT DOES'NT ADDRESS THE ISSUE OF A R/HAND CONNECTION
