I could write a novel the ordeal this company has put me through but in short, I paid £180 for a set of ladders used them once and stored away when i went back to get them the metal was bent and twisted, anyway the story now is I bent the ladders and nothing to do with the cheap nasty quality not only this but now they are wanting £50 to return my ladders to me, broken. Joke of a company and total disgrace how they treat customers.

I can highly recommend the telescopic ladders. The price was very reasonable for the quality of ladder. Yes there are better quality telescopic ladders for more money if you are a professional user. I just need them for the occasional ladder use around the home and they are perfect for this use. They even come in a storage bag which most companies sell as an extra.

good price and fast delivery. The delivery was a bit of an issue as they did not take any notice of my phone call to leave the ladder around the back nor did they phone my mobile regarding the delivery. We were away but by chance some family members had gone to the house and were in when the ladder turned up. Not impressed.
