Needed to sort my garden out but wasn't sure of what to get due to its current state. I came across Toolbritannia and gave them a call. The support was very helpful and they recommended the Viking Mb248 Push Mower. Though I had to go collect it from their showroom as it can't be delivered since brief training was required which was a pain.

All in all, wonderful service and will recommend the site to anyone.

I called Tool Britannia to purchase a prop for a TV Shoot. I asked to pay over the phone as the website requires customers to make an account which is a faff for a one-off purchase. The woman I spoke to gave me the impression that by calling I was causing her an inconvenience, and several times asked me to hold whilst she spoke to her colleague - without putting the call on mute- so I could hear her displeasure whilst telling her boss/ colleague what I wanted to do.

Eventually I was allowed to make the purchase using a company card, and was told that I would receive a call if for any reason the payment wasn't processed. I assumed no news was good news, but called the company later in the week to enquire why the item had not been delivered and was told that the payment had not gone through. As the company failed to notify me the shoot had to go ahead without the prop.

I try to avoid buying things from Amazon and support smaller UK based companies but with such poor service Tool Britannia is letting itself down and driving business customers to use conglomerates with much better service. I will never use this company again, and have strongly discouraged my colleagues in other production companies to use this company.

placed order on 18th December got it today. did`t check items if they working yet but they brand new and price is lower than somewhere else.

Great website with a wide range of power tools and accessories at VERY cheap prices!!! I was looking at purchasing a circular saw and after finding the website I was uncertain what product would be best for me, so I gave them a call and their staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in pointing me in the right direction. I then placed the order and the machine was with me the following day.

They will definitely be the first place I visit when I need to make my next purchase. I highly recommend them and advise anyone to visit the site who is looking at purchasing any form of power tool, accessories or DIY item. You will not be disappointed with the price and service!!!

After trailing various other site I came across this site I found it to have good product information and very easy to use with a fast responce after I placed my order.

After searching long and hard for the items that i needed from other websites i finally came across Tool Britannia, the products i brought were at a great price and the service that i received was excellent, i received an email straight after my order stating the time for delivery and it all arrived as stated.

In all, an excellent website and great guys to deal with, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
