I decided to change our radiator in our Sunroom for a higher output Vertical Rad because we were having a new boiler fitted and it would be a good time to have the work done. Looking at the reviews for all the online sellers none had a perfect record so I felt like it was a gamble who ever I chose.

I decided on Trade Radiators and spoke to someone and asked a couple of questions like Is it actually in stock and who do you use for delivery. I then placed an order on Friday Morning(10th). I received an immediate confirmation of order. On Saturday I recieved a text from the couriers to say it would be delivered on Wednesday (15th). However, to my surprise the carrier arrived this morning (Monday 13th) in perfect order.

This was in effect a 24 hour delivery.

Of course all retailers have problems with the supply chain and the carriers they use, but I can not fault Trade Radiators. I can only Highly Recommend.

I wanted 3 radiators and even they admit it was a catalogue of 'errors' which included:

- I phoned to check stock before placing order. Yes they said they had stock so I ordered and got an instant email to say they were out of stock of the smaller radiator for 4 weeks.

- Whilst waiting, they sold the 2 radiators I had paid for so these went out of stock. I had phoned several times to check they were still reserving them and they said yes. They were

Lying. I had to wait another 4 weeks ( now 8 weeks)

- they missed the first delivery date

- they said they would deliver 3 radiators on a 10am delivery. I called to check several times - I got 2 radiators on a next day delivery and they could not tell me when the third would be available.

- 1 week later they admitted the 2 radiators they had sent were not the ones I ordered ( same size, lower BTUs). I had fitted one already. Agreed to send back and wait for ones I ordered.

- I asked for refund of fitting costs. At first they said yes then Refused! Said it was my fault I had booked plumber without having stock!!!

- I had taken legal advice so they backtracked.

It took me 11 weeks to get what I paid for plus 2 plumber visits, countless unreturned calls, calls and waiting on for couriers and legal advice. Their customer service was dreadful, Please go elsewhere - you may pay a bit more but you could save yourself days of worry and frustration.

Beware this is the incorrect trust pilot account for traderadiators.com they use the other account linked to trust pilot. Use this company at your peril. This company is not good. Yes they are cheap. But alas with cheap comes cheerful. Second radiator I ordered from this company. Second one to come damaged. Luckily with the first one it was spotted within the three days and as per their T&C's and they replaced it eventually after a battle. The second one, well the damage could not be spotted until it was on the wall and the light reflected off the chrome to show a large dent. By then their three days had expired. Now with a reputable company they will replace an item no problem hence why they are reputable and regarded as such. Not with this company. Phone the dreaded female operative on customer services to complain and then hear the wrath of Thor be bestowed upon you. Her favourite terms are ' you haven't got a leg to stand on' and ' you're clutching at straws' when you merely mention if you have rights to a replacement under the Consumer Rights Act. She claims to know the law but clearly doesn't and when you explain she gets abnoxious, aggressive and well pretty much damn right rude. Then to top it off slams the phone down on you. It's safe to say customer services with this company has left a lot to be desired. The negative feedback on here is testamont to this. Luckily I have a consumer rights lawyer in the family and can pursue my claim by other means. Those of you who don't probably best to shop elsewhere or just hope they change their policy on customer relations.

I purchased a designer column radiator from this shower back in March. As I wasn't ready to install it I unpacked it & it looked to be in good condition. When it was installed in august it was found that water went in one end but didn't come out the other. When this was investigated it was found that the manifolds at the top & bottom of the rad we're closed in the middle. When I spoke to trade radiators about this I was given a load of rubbish about a divertor valve being fitted in one of the manifolds, NOT TRUE! The manifolds we're just a casting. I called them four or more times, where I was promised someone would call back, they never did! Got the credit card company to deal with it!

Many thanks for providing us with replacement goods. We really appreciated your speedy, no nonsense approach to customer service and will not hesitate in recommending you to others and using you again in the future.

The radiator was not as describe on the web site. The radiator is of substandard quality. The company do not acknowledge basic statutory obligations. Buyer beware this company are obligated to offer a cancelation policy under the consumer contacts regulations and refuse to comply with this. The company are claiming to offer bespoke made to order products however products are chosen from a drop down menu, mass produced and available to all. The customer services manager is rude, misinformed and slanderous. If you are buying a radiator there are many other more reliable and value for money companies out there.

Issues with delivery timescales hence 3 star rating only. Telephoned 4 weeks before needed to check products available and delivery timescales -assured always able to deliver as advertised so need need to order now. Called back to order 2 weeks before needed on dec 2nd to be given earliest delivery 14th dec onward. No apology or recognition of impact on works scheduled just well they were at the time. Had huge impact on us personally resulting in not being able to move back in our home before Christmas and cancellation of plasterer carpenter plumber and carpets so very fed up. When finally received radiators were excellent and very pleased but would be wary if using again as doing a big building project and need more reliable supplier to not impact on works scheduled.

Your service was fine however when no delivery came and we chased the carrier's depot in cheltenham, we were told they had tried to deliver,then they were late so would deliver next day etc etc.

Result was it took 7 days to arrive,luckily we were on site every day!

Excellent quality radiator for a very fair price with prompt delivery

i had previously purchased from Trade Radiators so when the time came for a new radiator in the decorated dining room there was no where else to shop.

Exactly what I wanted at a good price and delivered within 4 days.
