You're hardly saving any money and the sellers are random people off the street. The customer service centre is also not well-trained. I was on hold for over 50 minutes to even speak with someone on two occasions and nobody seemed to get how to resolve the issue I was having. REALLY BAD. STAY AWAY. Seller screwed up the transfer and wanted me to return all the tickets so she could reissue them. It was her error and she cancelled everything on me, instead of just cancelling one ticket and giving me the right one.

Worst experience. Some girl calls herself the highest rank and refused to give me an explanation so to why she cant sell ME tickets. They can sell to my company but not to myself. I still dont understand why a VALID government issued ID is not "valid". Repeated herself several times that she would not go back and forth why I only asked for why is it not valid. Said she is the only person answering phone calls along with a male. I guess there's only him and his "superior" working in that company. Thanks for your rude behavior. If you don't like customer service then go work somewhere else.

We got exactly what we were looking for and the ticketing agency was fast and prompt on our tickets.

I now have a safe place to purchase tickets to all the entertaining we do with friends and associates.

My experience with BFT was and has been (FAN-Tastic!) I was origionally searching for Jets tickets on the day of a game. Upon arriving on the BFT website I was contacted by a representative named Naveed who was more than willing to assist me with finding the absolute best tickets based on what I wanted to pay for them.

Naveed emailed me several times with different ticket options and finally I ended up getting great seats (Front Row Lower Level Directly Behind The Goal Post) the price was unbelievable and also included parking.

I particularly liked that they were instant downloads and had no problem doing so.

In addition to being able to download the tics, Naveed gave me his cell phone number to contact him if I had any problems. I actually called it when I arrived at the stadium because I had a question about parking and to my surprise he answered and talked me through the issue.

Needless to say we had a great time at the game and since then Naveed has continually kept in touch by sending me enails asking if I need tics and if he could be of any help to me for other events.

Went up the Bay Area to attend a SF Giants game versus the Dbacks. AT&T Park is a great place to watch a game. Its right next to the water and the area surrounding the park is pretty lively. The seats were good and the price for them was not high.

Bought 2 tickets for Game 3 of the Celtics vs Heat. Price was decent and the seats were pretty good. Tickets were delivered a few days after ordering so I did not have to wait a long time.
