Untrue Deceiving Sham

I HAVE BEEN DECEIVED FOR OVER £400..

THEY HAVE EVEN SENT ME FAKE TRANSFER SHEETS TO SAY THEY HAVE REFUNDED THE MONEY. DESPICABLE SHAM ARTISTS!!

Overcharged And Wouldn’t Refund

I bought tickets to an event in Paris through them and they erroneously charged me for an extra ticket at another venue the same night and time. I contacted them about this and they refused to refund the money. On top of that the event was not even that good. Don’t give these people your money. You will regret it. I now have to dispute through my credit card.

They'll Take Your Money

I'd give them 0 stars if that was an option. Used them to book a concert in Rome for March 2020. Event was cancelled due to the cornavirus, they "gave" us back 70% of the ticket in the form of a voucher. I understand if we had decided not to attend and as a result, no returns. But the whole country of Italy is shut down and no other venues or ticket places hesitated in giving people their full money back via the method of payment. I know for a fact that classictic got a full refund from the venue and have chosen to not return it to us. Won't be returning to Europe within the year (which is how long the voucher is good for) and definitely will not be using them again. Thought in this time of crisis they would take the high road and do what's right as opposed to taking advantage of people for a few extra dollars.

They took our money for a concert in Paris and after Coronavirus showed up and everyone including them cancelled, they refused to give us 100% of our purchase price.

So they get to take 30% of the cost of the tickets, and give us the rest back even though our flights were cancelled and refunded(100%), and Hotel was refunded(100%).

I recommend that you search and find a reputable company.

They apparently have a business model that does not provide credible service to customers.

SAME thing has happened with us for a concert in Paris. Because we "canceled" early before the event was officially canceled, we're getting a voucher for 70% of the ticket price. EVERYONE (airline, cruise line, hotel) has fully 100% refunded our money -- not Classictic. They said we made an agreement for the vouchers and we need to stick to it!

Substituted Event 2 Days Away

Purchase Opera tickets while in Rome. They substituted tickets 2 days away at the last minute citing a 24 hour policy of the venue. No such policy exists per the venue. Bought tickets at the box office 15 minutes prior. Better seats at almost half the price.

Now stuck with Opera tickets for a date I’m not in Rome and a dispute on my credit card. They have threatened me if I win the dispute.

They charged a 40% fee on opera tickets.

Classictic Has A Ripoff

This is my exchange with Classictic and the reason for the 1 rating. My first email to them:

"Dec. 28, 2018 my husband and I attended the concert at St. Chapelle Church Paris for a concert. No one told us that the church wasn't heated. It was so cold in the church we had to leave shortly after the concert started. It was unbearably cold. It was especially bad as both my husband and I are in our 70's. We had no warning from our ticket information, emails or when we arrived at the church to be seated. This was a very expensive concert and I want a refund." Classictic's response. We regret that you weren´t enjoying the event as much as we would like our customers to enjoy the events. As the church has been built in the 13th century already, there is no possibility to install a heating system. We kindly ask you for your understanding that neither the organizer nor us is responsible for any weather conditions inside or outside a venue and therefore we can´t offer any refund to you." My 2nd email to them: "The weather was not the issue. We were not given any warning to prepare for it to be freezing in the church. I didn't even have a coat with me because I went straight from the hotel to the church in a taxi. So yes, you have a responsibility to give us a refund. It would have been an easy task to just include in your information that the church had no heating instead of expecting your guests to be mind reader. Therefore, I expect a refund." Classictic's 3rd response: "The event took place during winter in France, meaning that temperatures outside might be around 0° C. As the church is an ancient building, there is no heating system installed but that´s the case in most of the buildings from the 13th century. We kindly ask for your understanding, that we can´t provide an answer to any question a customer could have in advance, but we would have been more than happy to answer all of your questions prior to the event taking place though. As there is no dress code in the church, we can´t give our customers any instructions on what to wear." My 3rd email: "No, but you could say in your information that the church isn't heated and let people decide whether this would be a problem for them or not I expect a refund." As of right now, I have not received a refund.

Low Quality, High Price!!!!!

We booked 2 tickets for Firenze opera new years eve. The show was a disaster, the tickets online were 3 times more expensive than on the spot. The concert hall was not even a concert hall and it was only 10 people sitting in. We left the show half way through.
