We are just back from an amazing week at Es cucons, we could not fault the villa or the staff at Unique Ibiza, the service we received was exceptional, would highly recommend. The Villa itself is lovely with an amazing pool, fabulous views and outdoor chill out area, it has everything absolutely everything you need.

We were very happy with the communication before choosing our property and advice on which would suit our needs best. Pre-departure services were excellent and we loved the full fridge offering and option for someone to guide us to our property in the dark. We were not sure whether to take this or not as we are quite savvy with directions - but were very glad we did as we would never have found it alone. During our stay Unique Ibiza promptly answered any questions we had. We loved our villa and we would highly recommend the company.

Never book via Unique.

Paid for transfer to the villa, did not show. Had to call through to local office several times to get sorted, our transfer finally arrived an hour later blaming the London office for not advising them. London office say it was the locals fault - No idea who is telling the truth. No refund or compensation offered.

Paid for full fridge service that was offered, did not receive all of the purchases we had paid for.

No air conditioning in the villa of which we knew, but no fans were supplied, we had to source locally.

Stated in the booking documents that bath and pool towels supplied, no pool towels.

Wrote to Unique advising all of the above, this was the final reply - 'I am sorry that you did not feel that overall service was not good enough

for you to book again - We try very hard to offer a good service and I

apologise if you feel that we have met your expectations' - If they had met my expectations I wouldn't have had to write to them, surely their reply should be that they have NOT met expectations - they can't even get an apology right.

We have had the most amazing holiday at a beautiful villa above San Carlos. The service from Unique Ibiza was outstanding.

We had a chef several times, a driver whenever needed and all details of what we wanted were delivered to us.

We found the whole holiday faultless.

I would really recommend Unique Ibiza - professional, friendly and always on hand to answer any queries I had quickly and efficiently. It took the hassle out of booking directly. Great job guys!

We have just returned from a really nice 2 week stay at this villa. It is about 10min drive out of Santa Eulalia and has nothing within walking distance so you definitely need a car. There is no AC but it wasn't too bad with just fans if you can bear a little heat. The villa was well stocked and had a nice kitchen and lovely bathrooms/sitting room all in very good condition. The beds were comfortable but could have done with a sheet as well as a coverlet for the beds as they weren't very comfortable to sleep under. The pool and surrounding was lovely - a perfect size for a family. Both the kids did get ear infections though and I have heard it is quite common in Ibiza - I suspect there wasn't enough in the pool and perhaps the requirement is less? Who knows but I def think the pool could have benefited from more chlorine and would recommend taking ear plugs for kids just in case as it means 7 days out of the water if they do get an infection.

All in all, the villa was lovely and would recommend it to a family who want somewhere quiet and beautiful to chill out.

Unique Ibizan Villas provided us with very good service - we had no reason to call them once in the villa but felt they would have been helpful if we had. It was a bit of a pain taking the keys back to the office so I would recommend trying to organize them picking it up from the villa. It would be good if they used lock boxes as they do in the UK.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team very much indeed for all your help and assistance with the booking process and special thanks to the team at EcoIbiza for taking care of us. From start to finish the whole experience had been faultless and to say we enjoyed the Villa Can Tur is an understatement. What a beautifully kept villa.

Rest assured I will be booking again soon for 2016!! and obviously recommending you to my friends. family and clients.....

Unique Ibiza were excellent, they responded quickly to all requests and we had a great time at a villa, that was everything they said it was going to be.

You hear so many horror stories about people hiring villas in Ibiza but you have none of those worries with Unique.

I'm already planning my next visit.

Unique Ibiza had a great selection of villas available, and the two we chose were great. We decided to spend a week in each villa as it was our first time to Ibiza, so that it could give us a different view of the Island. The first villa was virtually brand new! It was beautifully furnished and well equipped. The pool area was lovely and in a secluded area so quiet. But was only a 5 min drive to Santa Gertrudis , a quaint pretty village, with loads of good restaurants to choose from. The second villa was only a 10 min drive away, but had a different vibe to it. A renovated finca, with lots of space both indoors and outdoors. Again, well equipped. Pool great and views overlooking the countryside. This was a bit closer to the beaches on the East Coast, and closer to Ibiza Town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and so glad we picked the villas that we did!

We had such great help from Unique Ibiza, from choosing the villas, to the ease of booking and the care and attention that was given to all the arrangements we made. It was great that they could provide a full fridge service to the villa on arrival, which meant that there was no pressure to rush to a supermarket as soon as we had arrived. They also were able to give assistance for transfer to town/clubs (for the younger members in our group!), so we didn't need to worry about finding taxis!

All in all, we had such a great experience this holiday, and partly down to the hassle free organisation by Unique, so we will definitely be using them again for our next holiday in Ibiza next year!
