Patience Is A Virtue
My almost new laptop repeatedly froze toward the end of my filling in secure information. It was very frustrating because none of the remedies were working. Eventually we went to the form on my phone, but through it all, he stayed patient and helpful. The result was success and the delivery of an ideal product. I am very appreciative.

The Best
This trip has been so complicated. First, we were meeting relatives in Provence, and then they couldn't make it for health reasons. So we planned to meet the relatives in England (where they live) instead. Our agent was both innovative and helpful and immensely patient and walked us through every hurdle.
