Booked a flight with them. They could not deliver due to COVID cancelling the flights. Airlines sent them the money for the flight. Despite the promises of getting the money back since they did not deliver on the flight, nothing but promises. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! 

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Due to CO-VID, our flight was cancelled by the airline. They will not give us a credit or refund. The said they would, but we are still waiting. Airline refunded to them though. They also deleted their Facebook page to hide their reviews.

I have been working with CheapBizClass for the last 2 years, mainly in booking travel for employees and representatives in my company that deals with oil well servicing. Many flights from the Southern United States to and between Mexico, Russia, Kazakhstan, the UAE and a few other OPEC countries. I have done a fair amount of shopping for these flights because I typically need to provide more supervisors with 2 or more quotes for the same flight and CheapBizClass is always the cheapest and the services they provide is worth paying a little more sometime. They are available at all times and if any changes need to be made they do it for a reasonable fee and sometimes without one. I have also used them for some of my own personal travel plans and was very happy with pricing and services.
