I've booked with Cruise Nation 4 times overall. Advisors have always been friendly and helpful. Soemtimes I've had to wait in a queue a little longer than one would like but when you get through the service is fine. All the sales people have friendly welsh accents!!!

Usually pay up front but have paid deposit before and finalised balance at 16 weeks of departure which was told to me on the booking call.

Cruise Nation agents are deceitful liars so beware. After taking a hefty deposit they don't mention that they expect payment 16 weeks before departure. Regrettably we didn't notice the payment date and received NO reminders that payment was due. I received a phone call which got cut off before I heard who was calling and had no idea who it was as there was no Caller ID (from a company?!). Our cruise was cancelled the next day which I found out by email. They stated they had sent me two payment reminder emails but persistently refused to re-send them when I asked for proof as I NEVER received any emails from them. Following this they charged another huge amount to reinstate the cruise, tampered with the phone recording when I asked to hear it and refused to connect me to a manager.

Overall appalling customer service failing to respond to a letter sent until ABTA were involved. Do NOT book with them.
