I believe they have no sense of selling or running a legitimate business. All their tickets are fake! I was stopped at the airport by the airline staff because the tickets were purchased using fraudulent cards. Avoid this place at all costs.

We bought tickets for a BA flight, which was issued, only to be cancelled one month later. BA informed us that it was definitely cancelled by the bookers, not by BA. Ezee Flights offer only one alternative flight, which has multiple stops and takes twice as long on an inferior carrier (which when flying to Australia for an already short holiday makes it not possible). Meanwhile, they are still advertising many flights on their website and through other aggregators that clearly don't exist at the price they are advertising them. They clearly operate bait and switch practices to trick people into taking the unattractive tickets that they've got at a good price. We had been saving to see family for 18 months - 18 months of not travelling or doing anything. Now the price for flights is too much for us to afford. So... we are left with nothing and nowhere to spend Christmas. Please, please, please avoid buying anything with these charlatans. I've read since that they do this to other people.

This company is a sham. I attempted to book a flight to Jamaica I asked If I could use 2 different cards one I paid 399.00 when attempting to use the other card it kept declining so I was told to wait for the next day the agent when trying to process the payment again on my card as well as my friend it still declined. We tried several options even PayPal, zelle cashapp nothing worked I said well nothing is working what's gonna happen to my 399.00 he said it will get refunded to my card this happened the end of Aug and I still haven't gotten my money back. I am now trying to dispute it with my bank DO NOT USE THEM. I gave a 1 because I had to in order to post this they deserve a zero

Don't book with this company. Stay away from these people. If you filter all the 5 start reviews on Trust Pilot, only 1 is a verified reviewer. The rest are unverified, and they leverage trust pilot to lure customers when customers are searching for flights on Google. Look at Yelp or Google. You'll find a long history of predatory business practices, 1.3 stars out of 5 on Google. They will collect your money and refuse to book the flight or provide a refund.

30 min after purchasing a flight 9n EzeeFlights via a search on Google Flights EzeeFlights contacted me. She only wanted to confirm the names and DOB of all the travelers which I already provided. Once I write to confirm, she informed me this was a one-way $600, which point I asked for a cancelation. The whole interaction took 30 min, and once I asked her to cancel and provided a refund, she said I'd be charged a $600 cancelation fee, 50% of the flight cost. When I insisted on getting a full refund, she told me that I should "think about it" and stopped communicating with me. The following morning, she sent me a confirmation of my booking. She had booked the flight anyway after I asked for a refund.

Its just a sham, book with anyone else if you actually want your flight tickets.

I found a good deal to buy a roundtrip flight within USA but the way back had to be purchased using Ezee Flights. The flights were available so I provided my credit card information. I was charged but immediately after that, I received a message informing me that the way back was not available and that I had to look for another flight.

I requested my money back. I called the company and the operator offered to find me a flight if I pay 28 dollars more. They play with your money for a few days.

YOU WILL LIVE A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT USE EZEE FLIGHTs.

I unfortunately fell victim to this site while looking for reasonably priced tickets for a family Christmas trip.

It was my fault entirely by getting into an easily avoidable trap and now I'm struggling to get my refund. Since I used credit, I'm forced to play the waiting game because, after getting in touch with my bank's customer service, they can't intervene with pending credit payments and only the merchant has the ability to undo the transaction at this time. Thing is, they're not wholly compliant into giving back money when their goal is to make an easy cash grab no matter what. Once my payment settles, only then can my bank assist by putting in a dispute claim with them if I am still not in agreement with the payment, set up temporary credit to "patch a hole" per se, and they'll try the best of their ability to recover this loss.

To those who come across this review when looking into this site: just use the airlines' official websites for purchase and use flight/trip price estimators for observation ONLY.

Booked a flight with them from London to Brisbane the deal looked very good. But I didnt get a confirmation email of the flight, just a email saying i had made payment to them. So I called and it turned out the flight was carry on lauguage only inspite of it costing £1860. I asked them for a refund. Im currently waiting for a refund......dont put yourselves through just find a safe flight to book with.

They advertised tickets for £691 on cheapflights.com. I paid for tickets and filled up the form. 10 minutes later, I got a call saying ticket is now £1200 and that I need to pay the difference, I explain to Sr. Travel Advisor : Vacations that I cannot pay that amount as that’s almost double of what was advertised. She told me not to worry that they will not charge my account and that payment will be revised in 2 to 3 days. I waited patiently to get the reversal as I needed to get ticket for other half to travel in 5 days. This morning, I realised the money left my account to them. I rang them, instead of being sorry and trying to find a way to help, she was so nasty, screaming at me and raising her voice and talking over me. She said the new ticket will cost me £1400. Asking me to wait for 5 to 7 days to reverse the money. Now OH cannot travel in 5 days due to not enough funds to get the tickets. They are deceiving the world by advertising what was not there. How on earth would you advertise a ticket for £691 and after payment was made, you turn round to say it’s now £1200. Very ridiculous. I hope karma catches you all and I hope you come crashing and crumbling soon for causing tears to innocent people. May God give you the tears and heartache you gave me.

I have had such a bad experience with Ezee Flights! I booked my flight on the Sunday night and their website said it was available! Hence I went ahead and booked and paid for it. They sent me an email within minutes saying they tried to contact me which they didn't. So I called them only to findout that the flight wasn't available apparently! I asked for a refund and they said it would take four working days! Dealt with an agent at this point who assured the refund will be back into my account in 4 working days! Called them on the 4th working day and they said it will take slightly longer. Spoke to Derry the supervisor on this occasion who again assured the refund would reach my account by the end of the day or the next day. I had luckily recorded the telephone conversations on both occasions! Today is the 5th working day and there's no sign of the refund. How can these people take other peoples hard earned money! It's so low and ridiculous! I am so furious now and I want an outcome. I just want my hard earned money back. That's all I want. Please please please AVOID them! Keep your money safe. Book and pay slightly more and have that peace of mind. Hope this review helps you. I'll keep updating this everyday.
