I booked a flight to America for this Thursday and when I booked it it declined the booking and a person kept calling me to tell me that the booking needed to be transferred to another date. I received an email about the extra payment that needed to be done. I went into the site reviews and saw that most of the people that reviewed has negative feedback so that I called the airline that I was supposed to be booked in and checked if my flight was booked. They told me that my information was pending but no payment was done. I cannot express how frustrated. I spend most of my time talking to them by phone, they told me that they weren’t located in England but in India, since at the start when I talked to them they told me they were situated here in England. The worker that I was speaking to which I don’t know if it’s the real name, was very rude to me as I was trying to get a redound for the non existent flight tickets. They kept saying that they can’t refound me for 3 hours straight until I insisted that they told me they are going to refound me in 24 hours. I am still waiting and this experience was disgusting, revolting and ubnoxiously rude. I DO NOT RACOMAND AT ALL don’t use this site.

They changed their name - their previous name was Travelopedia .

They have cancelled holidays for thousands of people and never paid back .

There is only one way to deal with them .land that is taking them to COURT .

If possible record phone calls.

Keep every single email and receipt and take them to court ASAP.

Otherwise you can say bye to your money .

The interaction I received from the time I connected via WhattsApp to paying for my ticket was quite impressive. The rep who dealt with me was fantastic

Nearly booked a flight to Johannesburg from Manchester for £621.The Website I was sent to didn't seem legitimate so looked into the flight with Ethiopian Airlines and it didn't exist.

Always received good service. Very good price. I will recommend to other people.

Booked flights with Flight Office initially good but when the airline changed the schedule turning a 2 hour stop over into 24 hrs they were useless and would not help.

Refused to accept their responsibilities as the retailer and blamed the airline - so I have had to suck up all of cost and inconvenience.

They would not help at all - the cost of a “cheap” flight.

Took nearly 6 weeks to sort revised tickets requiring many calls and emails.

Should have booked with a more reputable.

They are now trying to bully me into removing my reviews which is presumably how they get a high review score.

Be warned - avoid

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!we bought tickets from London to thailand, we Never received the tickets. We spoke to everyone in the office. The kept telling us to wait 24 hours, then 36 hours, then another 24 hours.....we kept chasing them, they played this game for 2 weeks!! Such a waste of time . We had to ask for a refund and cancel our holiday as last minute tickets were too expensive. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I am not sure if this is now common practice but the agency promised a ticket which after a week or so cancelled stating that the airline has not issued them. How is it possible to offer tickets that lateron they can not honor. Overall disappointing.

They took my money without any booking,a asked them several times for my itinerary and they haven't got an answer.

I demanded to pay me back and refund my money up until now I haven't got my money back.

Watch out for this people!

I was really pleased for the service and cost of my flight as it is the cheapest and the flight duration is the best l could ask for
