Never Use @hop2_travel.
Never use @Hop2_Travel. They won't be able to provide you with the booking reference numbers for you to do the check-in online and choose seats. Customer support is useless. You will have through endless chats to get no help.

I’m waiting over 90 days for money from the airline, HOP2 received it but they haven’t sent it to me, many calls, hours on hold, they’re keeping my money and hoping I go away, apparently…
Worst Travel Agency Ever - Do Not Use
I booked my ticket with this company back in Feb 22. They changed my travel departing date. I only realized it the day I was supposed to fly, their email had still my original flying dates on, not the updated ones Since June 22, I've been in touch with this company countless times whether by phone or email and this still has not being resolved in 4 months. I am still getting played by this so called travel agency. Since then, they reached out to me but they are still not giving me what I want and am entiltled to receive. I need to either be refunded for the full amount of the flight or a full credit value for what I paid. They only propose now one way instead of the return tickets that I paid for... I had to purchase an extra ticket to fly to my destination and pay $2500 for a last minute flight. I've been screwed by this company. DO NOT USE FOR ANY REASON, you will regret it I swear. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER GOT FROM A TRAVEL AGENCY since I've been travelling in 20 years now. Please Hop2 Travel if you read this come back to me and pay me back what you owe me as I never got what I paid for... It's now being nearly 4 months...#hop2travel H81B43A
Literally Breaking The Law
Be careful with these guys, tried to save a few bucks but ended up having to spend hundreds extra. I even was left stranded in a foriegn country because they sold me a ticket on a connecting flight that didn't exist. I didnt find out until I was at the gate and an airline representative told me they had discontinued flights to my destination almost a year ago. Of course Hop2 takes no responsibility. Not reputable at all.
I Have Purchased A Travel Ticket From Hop 2 On The
I have purchased a travel ticket from Hop 2 on the 2nd July 2021, On the 7th Porter Airline emailed me and called me stating that they are not in operation until the 8th Sept and I should contact my travel agency ASAP, I contacted Hop 2 customer service immediately via email and phone and was told that someone will contact me within 24 HRS, I called every for 7 days and I was provided with the same answer someone will get back to you within the next 24 HRS or will transfer you to change and cancellation department and I spend hours after which the line drop, and the last advise received today was call us couple of days before your flight as we are assisting other customers and unless your flight is within the next 24 HRS we cannot help you, as your case is not important, I called JetBlue to check if the second part of the ticket if its confirmed and was told this is an invalid confirmation number and I should contact the travel agency issued me the ticket and they cannot help me. I have all documentation to prove what I am saying.
Worst Travel Agency Do Not Book
I would not recommend Hop2 to my worst enemy you will loose every penny when BBB gives them an F rating you must know why, I lost over $3,000 and eventually booked through a reputable site where full refunds and changes can be made as well as not getting calls after I booked trying to make other changes that they were not asked to.
Stay away from Hop2 there is a reason why their ratings are so low there are many many other better travel agencies that stand by their products and services Hop2 does not.
Bad Experience
Buying tickets from them is like gambling in my experience and my humble opinion. I will take responsibility for not scouring the website to find and read all the terms and conditions, but I was under the assumption that it was like every other online booking site I have used in my 10 years of travelling around the world. The airline cancelled our flight. We did NOT want to cancel. Hop2 never informed us even though they knew weeks in advance. The airline said it was their responsibility to inform us. The airline informed hop2. Then they said our ticket is not refundable. In order to seem like nice guys they said they will offer us a partial discount minus $100 processing fee per person (we are 3 people). SO basically if you buy flights from them, they can be cancelled, especially in this time of the pandemic, without your knowledge or consent and you will lose the money you paid or maybe get a partial refund. We had to scramble to buy tickets the day of our trip and ended up spending $1000 more. Just book directly through the airline (I actually applied for a refund which they granted, but since hop2 paid for the tickets, they got the refund, not us). I had also booked through Expedia months before for this same trip and the flight was cancelled for coronavirus, but in contrast Expedia gave us a prompt refund with no fees charged. This is the difference between a good travel agency and Hop2. The tickets from Hop2 weren't even that much cheaper, I just chose them because they were a little cheaper and I thought they were a reputable company. I have wasted many hours with this issue, including my vacation and work time on my trip.

I booked a JAL flight from Dallas to Beijing through agent Hop2.com. But JAL canceled that flight for an unknown reason. It's not my fault. I requested a refund from JAL through the agent. Hop2 replied that the flight fund can be returned 100% but I need to pay a $200 processing fee to Hop2. Without agreeing on the processing fee, Hop2 doesn't proceed with the JAL refund process. It's unacceptable.
Don’t Book Through Them!
We had flights booked through them, which were then canceled by the airlines due to covid 19. We would have received a full refund from the airline but Hop2 charged us a fee of $100 per ticket ($400 total) to process the refund!!!! Do yourself a favor and don’t book through this company!
Remains To Be Seen
I was on Skiplagged and was taken to Hop2 to book a flight from Boston to Lisbon. They came in $150 cheaper than any other site so I booked with them. My reservation didn't go through initially and I got a phone call. They said they were going to check the pricing and get back to me. I got an email with an itinerary and price that looked good. They called me again and I confirmed the purchase. I also bought the travel insurance cause I was already skeptical about how legit this company is. I got my confirmation email, and then read these reviews! They made me nervous so I went to the websites of the airlines I am booked on to make sure that first, I had a spot on the flights, and second, my info is correct. I clicked on the "manage my trip" button, entered by record locator and last name. I was nervous waiting for the website to respond. I fully expected a "no reservation in that name" or similar response. Thankfully, I had legit reservations with the airlines. I entered my contact info, passport, and TSA numbers so the airlines can contact me directly if there are delays etc. Fingers crossed that everything goes without a hitch. If not, I will be updating my review! I tyoically book my own tickets directly with an airline or a website that I trust (Orbitz, Expedia etc.). When using a new service, especially a small time operation, it pays to do the back up work to avert any potential disasters and surprises!
