This Is Hands Down One Of The Most Disgraceful Pla
This is hands down one of the most disgraceful places to ever book a flight. They are absolute shammers, hiding behind deceptive policies. In any legitimate booking, taxes are refundable even for non-refundable tickets, but not with this site. They hit you with an outrageous penalty that is nearly as high as the refund itself. Their customer support? Utterly pathetic. Rude, uncooperative, and impossible to reach—they clearly have no clue how to treat paying customers. It’s laughable how desperately their staff needs some serious training. I wouldn't trust them with my money again if they were the last option on Earth. I’d rather spend an extra £10-20 with reliable, professional platforms than go through this nightmare again. As a frequent traveller, I’ve seen my fair share of booking sites, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Avoid them at any cost. Don't trust the good reviews they are all sham and from unknown people. so RUN whenever you see or hear the name of this site

I was trying to book flights to Canada with travel trolley apparently, he stopped communicating with me the next day thank god my bank didn't release the funds absolute disgusting company
A Stressful Experience
We had a very bad experience with travel trolley. We booked our flights last year and unable to travel on selected dates due to the passport renewal issue of my son. Our bad luck started when a customer service agent Diya from travel trolley changed our flights tickets into the voucher.......As she told us company deduct 250£ per ticket if we cancel the tickets.
When we tried to booked tickets after 4 months with the same customer service agent first she refused to share the vouchers codes very rudely with a statement you have no option to booked with travel trolley again .
The original price of tickets shown on british airways Website was 2790 for all travellers which we confirmed multiple time. we already paid 2472 .
The travel agent diya asked for 894£ paid by my husband and she confirmed tickets are booked for all travellers. We already known we spend more then original price of tickets.
After 1 hour we received a call asking for 450 £ more to confirmed the tickets .
After a huge fights with most of customer services agents we realised that we are already trapped very badly and no option now to pay the rest of the money demanding by the agent.
We learnt a life time lesson thanks to travel trolley and especially their customer service team for it .
If u love your self and your money never used third party websites.
Spend little more on official websites for buy tickets as its secure.

Avoid Even If You Like The Price
Travel Trolley is one of the worst travel companies I have encountered in all my years of travel. I appreciate that COVID has hit the travel sector the hardest, yet Travel Trolley are using the ongoing impact of the global pandemic on it's customers. In December 2021, we book two flights from UK to Japan to travel in October 2022. Sadly, Japan is still closed to independent tourism. I got in touch with the costumer service to notify them of the restrictions and it's impact on our holiday plans. They are refusing to give us a full refund because the 'flight haven't been cancelled'. Even if the flight does go ahead, no non-Japanese nations will be able to get off the flight in Tokyo! I'm incensed at the lack of common sense from the Travel Trolley team. We are now out of pocket for the sum of £1200!
Taken All Our Money
Sadly I had a very bad experience with Aarti. Our tickets costing £1800 had to be cancelled two years ago due to covid. We were hoping to see family in the Philippines and it was our ‘life time’ holiday. They carried our credit over to the following year. Bad luck ,but we could not travel the following year for the same reason and we asked for a refund BUT they said they would only pay £1200 back from the original £1800. It seemed unreasonable and we could not afford to lose out on so much money so we decided to carry the credit over to this year. And the catch comes here… I contacted them today and I was informed with ‘lovely’ Aarti that the credit and ticket has expired so we have lost £1800. Now if we were travelling in Sept and the credit was carried over to the following year and same has been done again how can it expire in May? It is a lot of money to lose for a little family and is it fair to take it without any services provided? We asked for Aarti’s full name several times that We can refer to her but she was very reluctant to provide it. Even now I am unsure if it is her name and full name what she has given. I am going to contact their main office and putting a serious complaint in for their unfair and unreasonable costumer service.
Waiting For The Ticket, To Travel 1 July 2022
I bought a ticket on Monday 20 June travelling to Johannesburg, assisted by an agent, she told your bank approved the payment, I will send your ticket to your email, same Monday afternoon I phoned I didn’t receive the confirmation of the ticket and she told me to check in my junk email couldn’t find it . I phoned them on Tuesday she told me not to worry she will send it again after checking my emails address had to spell it out again to check if it was not the wrong spelling. Wednesday I phoned same , told to check on spam , I told her I just did . At this point , I was panicking I could feel something wasn’t right. Thursday she kept me on hold for 35 minutes, I dropped and phoned again, a man answered, he asked questions and he dropped the phone.
Incompetent, Awful
An absolutely awful company, DO NOT EVER EVER use these to book holidays- worth paying extra to go direct
The customer service team give you different information each time you ring, and having has to cancel a flight due to covid and then cancel the rebooked flight due to unforeseen circumstances, I have ended up paying ~£1000 extra if their hidden charges- despite them offering free cancellations
They are awful, incompetent swindlers
An Upsetting And Distressing Experience.
It is now two years after we booked 4 flights to South Africa through Travel Trolley for £2,000. The flight to South Africa was cancelled due to Covid.
I have been trying for 2 years to get access to the "voucher" or the "refund".
Two years of not getting an answer from Travel Trolley.
Two years of Travel Trolley asking me to call back in a few hours.

I still have no answer. They cannot tell me if I can have a voucher or a refund. What they can tell me is to call back in a few days. I have been calling back for 2 years and now I need answers.
The "manager" has promised to call me within 2 hours, by the end of the day etc. Still no phone call.
I am incredibly upset and angry. Customer service today called me arrogant. I asked him how he would be speaking had he been in the same situation. I am desperate which is very different to arrogant.
I wait for the "manager" to call me back to explain where my refund is and when I will be seeing it in my bank account.
Taking Travel trolley to court, I'm looking to sue them till they pay all back but also shut this business down. Never mind about the lawyer fees as I will foot the bill myself. Please get in touch with me.
Worst Company I Have Ever Dealt With!
I’m not one to usually complain as I try to understand that everybody is just trying to do their job but I have to be honest this company has been the most awkward and unhelpful company I have ever dealt with my entire life. Every single time I phone and speak to 1 of the 10 agents I have had to in the past 18months I am always put on hold for At least 5-10 minutes for literally every single question I ask. It’s like travel trolley hasn’t provided the staff with any training as most of them don’t seem to to be able to answer even the most basic of questions based around trying to book or rebook a flight.
I have lost count how many minutes I have wasted sat on the phone waiting to be given no real answer and to then be told we will give you a call back within a couple of hours which actually only 1 person ever has. The behaviour of this company is totally unacceptable in my opinion. People are paying them for a service and as a company they are failing miserable to provide this in the proper fashion.
I have found dealing with travel trolley very stressful, very difficult and very unprofessional. They refused to give me a refund initially for flights to Canada that were cancelled due to COVID, I was told I had a travel voucher, I only found this out when trying to redeem my voucher, I actually had been given an open ticket which meant it was not transferable to any other destination and I only had 2 years to use it from the original departure dates which I was also never told in the emails or by any of the staff over the last 18months. They refused to extend the voucher even though Canada has been shut for travel the whole year.
I can safely say I will 100% never be dealing with this company again. I am appalled at the level of service I have been provided over the last 18months.
Booking a holiday should be a nice experience giving people something to look forward to, this company has well and truly ruined that for me and my family due to the hassle and stress they have put us through.
I have logged a complaint with them officially and the email reply is shameful is my opinion!

Worst service ever. You can not get any worse service than this. Say goodbye to your money and peace of mind after booking with them. Pay more, wait more but don't book with them
