I would echo what many other reviews report about JS Tours being a disingenuous company. Their website's technical errors (and misleading information) resulted in my request for an airport shuttle being denied shortly before my flight.

I originally requested the shuttle two days prior to departure and received an error saying 24 hours was the maximum time window prior to a departure that a shuttle could be booked. Therefore, I waited an additional day before resubmitting the request, only to receive the same error. I contacted the company's support and described the issue. They thanked me for helping to identify the website misconfiguration and then promptly refused to help sort out my shuttle request. The original issue could be overlooked as simple human error, but the company's disregard for their customer's well-being was a disappointment.

We used cancun discounts to book a private boat charter. They were exceptional at the communication and helped me book everything for a large group of 18 pax. They even helped us book private transportation to and from our Airbnb.

Our agent was on the ball and the tour was amazing. The crew took great care of us,they were warm and fun. The kept the good drinks flowing. We were on the Oh la la catamaran. Would use again the future.

They were affordable, very clear with what the cost was. No surprises, everything went flawlessly. Many of my guest said it was the best boat tour they had been on.

Our guides to the Chacchoben Ruins, Gustavo and Rocky, were amazing. Gustavo was extremely knowledgeable about the ruins we visited. Both were very very friendly and inviting. In fact we were so impressed by Gustavo we exchanged personal emails with him and hope one day to even visit with him and his family. They took the time to show us around Costa Maya and gave us great insight on the area. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. We were treated like part of there family and not just clients. It was a wonderful experience and when we visit Costa Maya again in the future we wouldn't want any other guides besides them. There good human beings that are very good at there jobs. They were even kind enough to stop at a road side vendor to purchase the group some pineapple on our way back from the ruins. These 2 are worth visiting Costa Maya alone!!! Amazing amazing people. Great job and ty for the fantastic experience. They both deserve a raise!!!

A very good guide, witty, with a lot of knowledge. Nice atmosphere during the trip and interesting and exciting places that we visited.I recommend everyone to use your company to organize such trips.And I regret that I can not recommend the guide personally, but I do not remember his name.

Efficient and friendly service. Good value.

I use the shared car therefore I request the pick up 1/4 to half hour earlier because of the nature of the shared service several pick ups mean that the driver can sometimes be a little later than requested.

We had a great time at Xplor! Everything was clean, surprisingly the buffet food at that place was AMAZING! We loved the ziplining, especially with the two circuits and the ATV ride was a lot of fun. The underground swim was so refreshing and while we did struggle to navigate with the hand paddles with the raft it was a fun experience. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants a fun adventure day on vacation!

Trips were fine. However, customer service as downright awful. They went to the wrong hotel to pick us up, which meant we had to ride a bus ourselves to a separate pick up location for all of the people they messed up on. By the time we got the Xcaret, half the day was over. When we called requesting compensation for their mistake, they refused to give us a direct answer and continued to redirect us to different people. At one point, they even said "Fernando doesn't work here anymore" when I referenced a earlier conversation I had with another rep.

MORAL OF THE STORY: DO NOT BUY FROM CANCUN-DISCOUNTS. YOU'LL FIND BETTER PRICES ON-SITE; JUST WALK/BUS INTO THE CITY CENTER. You can even haggle and get better combined packages.

I had a great time with my family thanks to the tours arranged by you guys. We went to do some zip lining, snorkeling and horseback riding. The three tours where fantastic, the guides knew a lot and we had no troubles with the transfers. Thank you for the time you took recommending the tours for us and for the lovely service. See you again soon! Would definitely recommend!!

Awesome experience using Cancun discounts for our family trip. I booked 4 different excursions (all on different days) through them for 4 people and everything went seamlessly. We did whale shark snorkeling, horseback riding, Rio Secreto, and ATV/Jet Ski. I researched and compared prices thoroughly between vendors, and Cancun Discounts seemed to have the best. Plus most if not all excursions INCLUDE transportation to and from your hotel to the excursion sites. This was a big deal for me, since I didnt want to go through the trouble myself with finding rides to the excursion sites using taxis, etc. At first, I was wary because there were no reviews on Trip Advisor, but then I found out that they were a direct competitor to them. Makes sense they wouldnt be "allowed" reviews on their competitor's site. They have an online chat feature where you can speak directly with a representative if you have questions. Each person I spoke to via chat was very patient and helpful. After I booked the excursions, I received a separate voucher for each excursion stating when pickup will be. Each day when we were in Mexico, the pickup was right on time - the car waiting for us in the lobby. Such a great experience! Im glad I used Cancun Discounts. Having zero hiccups with our excursion itinerary made our family trip so perfect. Will def be using only this company next time we go.

We where the second stop for pick up at 6:45. They didnt show up until 7:20. Then they had to pick up other people and that took until 9:45. They also stopped at 3 gas stations for some unknown reason. They didnt speak at all to us. Finally we where on our way and they stopped again at the 4th gas station..here they actually spoke to us and said we can use the restroom. Website said tolls included...well they pocketed that money and took the back roads. We asked about toll roads and he said it would get us there an hour faster but it was to much money to pay. I would never book with them again. Unless you love hot van rides. Because we where sweating like pigs in that van.
