Glass Scratched December 2022

WARNING ! We left our car for three weeks during a frosty icy period in December 2022. Upon driving the car away from the airport after the windows had properly defrosted, we saw many scratches on the glass windscreen. Later we discovered both side windows were also scratched.

Care parks said it wasn’t them it must’ve been one of my family‘s members.

Just do not use this firm and read the reviews so many people unhappy !

Car Parker’s Beware

Recently returned from holiday and went to pick up my car at Manchester airport Terminal 2 meet and greet.

I returned in the evening and it dark damp wet and windy.After receiving my keys I went to collect my car.All looked ok so immediately left the airport to go home.

In the morning I went to retrieve some luggage from my car and noticed some slight damage to my drivers door.

To cut a long story short they do not admit responsibility as it they informed to read the small print in the terms and conditions.

The moral of the story is don’t use them if you don’t want your car damaged.

Second rate outfit.

Bad End To The Holiday

Ill be honest, the pick up and return back were fine, slightly abrupt guy at the end of the phone, its very difficult to ring 20mins before you get there as you never know how long it will take you to return to the departure doors. Then received the car and it went all down hill, covered in mud and scratches in a bad state, ive emailed them but after reading alot of stuff, doubt i will hear anything. Normally i research everything thorough , we have a regular carpark we use but on this occasion i needed something quick due to hurricane irma, hence the reason for using this company. Dont use them, id give them a minus if i could, i will never use them again thats for sure.

Rang as required 15 mins before arrival to be told they had no space sorry email for a refund. Parked on T2 long stay with 2 other couples who had the same experience.

Will be going legal to hopefully bring these liars to justice.

Exposed in the MEN 2016 as the liars they are unlucky for me and many others I didn't see the reveiw until too late.

Did exactly the same to me and my family, Called as requested 20 mins before getting to airport to be told, Sorry your booking has been cancelled and that the booking agent should have informed us. This is clearly a lie as we booked with the company directly and did not use a booking agent. Person on the phone was blase about the fact saying " nothing can be done email for a refund" This is very unhelpful at 4am with a small child in toe and a flight to catch, Spoke to a parking attendant at the terminal who knew which company it was before i mentioned any names and said it happens daily.

We arrived on the 16/9/2017. Rang 30 min before also, to be told they can't pick the car up. And we should of had a txt. No txt. We had a 2 year old and when I rang the number, that answers the phone with car parks Manchester he said its not his problem he's nothing to do with the company. Absolute jokers. When we were lucky enough to be helped out by another company and we got to airport a car being dropped of was from car park Manchester, it was a mess and damaged. I don't understand how this company is still aloud to operate

Three And A Half Hour Wait

My parents aged 76 were left for 3 and a half hours do not use.

Absolutely disgusting to be told there was a backlog last night and its not there problem. Contact whoever it was booked by and get a refund.

Car was parked in a muddy field and 350 miles added to the clock.

Still Waiting For A Refund

I booked meet and greet. It wasn't through Manchester airport meet and greet, it was Manchester car park meet and greet, I had read a few articles regarding this company, stolen car keys, cars damaged etc, so I cancelled my booking, requested refund 4 times via email heard nothing and I tried to call numerous of times and the number goes too voicemail!!! Absolutel joke all I say is I'm so glad I didn't turn up ready for my holiday and them being un reliable and not turned up, please do not book with this company, I've lost £60 and they've made no effort too get back intouch with me... you should be Ashamed of yourself and your so called company....

Stolen Keys - Shocking Service From Beginning To End

nightmare ' 'Car Park Manchester' meet and greet service which we booked online through Ezybook Airport Service. We had to wait over 50 minutes on arrival at the beginning of our holiday - told several times someone was on his way and would be there in 5 minutes; stressed and anxious because we were worried we may miss our flight. They took 50 minutes to arrive. After returning to Manchester Airport on 26/08/17 and expecting to collect our car at airport (service we paid for) we were told our car keys had been stolen and given a crime number and told to contact our insurance company as Car Park Manchester were not insured for theft. We then waited over an hour and 20 minutes to be collected (and after several calls asking when we would be collected we were informed to be patient a car was on the way and 'at least it wasn't our car that was stolen') We paid £63.69 to this company for a meet and greet service and for them to take care of our car 'and keys'. They state on website and all correspondence to have a secure Car Park. Having to travel back to Liverpool by taxi return back to Manchester and then travel home again - absolute nightmare to the end of our holiday and our daughter crying with the uncertainty of what was happening. We have contacted our insurance company and have been informed we need to pay £300 excess for a set of new keys. I have tried to contact Car Park Manchester on 07393816048 to request a refund and discuss them paying for a replacement key - call goes to voicemail and voicemail inbox is full.

Since arriving home I have researched this company and found countless concerns from angry customers regarding the service from this company over many years. Other customers had missed flights because of the 'meet and greet service' others had returned from holiday and informed 'Car Park Manchester' had lost their car keys. MEN mentions this company in an article and disclosed just how awful this service is - cars kept in an open field or on the road side - total lack of security. My main issue was the total lack of disregard for the customer; keeping people waiting indefinitely whilst being told a car was on its way when clearly this wasn't the case. How do these people sleep at night!!!

PLEASE DO NOT USE

I left my car here and it was stolen I was not informed until I arrived back in the u.k and it was stolen a week earlier when I rang they offered me a lift home which didn't turn up for two hours yes two hours to say I was not happy is an understatement I am currently trying to get there insurance details so I can claim but this is proving difficult please do not use this company they are a disgrace

I am in exactly the same boat I left my car here 17th August and my keys and car was stolen and I can't sort out them paying my car as it's hard to get hold of them. They have gave me their insurance broker but they have told them strict instruction not to deal with me and they will do it themselves. Which they haven't they don't even reply.

Sorry to hear about your car - what an absolute nightmare. We are also trying to contact them as our keys where stolen - we were also left for almost an hour and a half waiting to be picked up. Was so stressed and angry - ruined the end of our holiday. They told us they are not insured for stolen cars or keys from their site and we need to claim through our own insurance (£300 excess). How can they operate - blatantly ripping people off and we paid them for the pleasure. I am not letting this matter rest and have contacted citizen advice and the booking agency. Unable to contact Carpark Manchester as goes to voicemail - unable to leave message as inbox is full - surprise surprise. No doubt they will declare bankruptcy after this incident and open in another name.

Do Not Use, Inadequate, Unprofessional.

Booked for a weeks parking, confirmation didn't arrive within the 24 hours, many attempts to phone didn't get us the confirmation, poor customer service from drivers one of which was very obnoxious when we eventually got through . one number on the website is incorrect another number puts you through to a voicemail box then tells you it's full so you can't leave a message, when I sent the 3rd email explaining we were cancelling due to lack of confidence in their business we were emailed saying we'd be charged £10 admin charge, again I explained we had adhered to their terms and conditions they did not , still we received a refund minus the £10. Cheap parking for a reason , no desire from this company to provide the professional service they advertise.

Failed To Show Up!! Do Not Use This Company

I normally use the official Meet&Greet but they were full for a last minute business trip. Booked online, followed instructions and phoned them at least 30 minutes before arriving - failed to answer loads of times but eventually got through. When arrived they failed to answer on 30+ calls made. Finally they answered and said "might be 40 minutes mate". Given that the couple in the next car were waiting 1.5hrs and I had a plane to catch I used the multi storey. Said I was cancelling with them, still waiting for refund which I don't expect they will honour. They are incompetent. See BB and Manchester Evening News AVOID AT ALL COSTS
