Only a fool would want to use this airport. No longer customer friendly. Roads on route to airport closed and extremely poor signage from thereon .....alternative route leads you over a toll bridge. Initial expense £3. Due to unclear signage - delays in arrival at the airport-then arriving within view of terminal buildings only but not picking up signage to get to the actual entry point to the airport. To add insult to injury, after 2 re routes later, we find out today that we have a £60 fine to pay for a 9 second stop on a side road leading to the free 20 minute drop off zone, which actually is over a 5 minute walk from the terminal building, to allow me to get to the arrivals hall to catch the arrival of my son. We were on the way to the correct parking area and used the correct parking area but it appears there’s a no stopping zone even on entry to drop off car parks. The management of this airport have total disrespect for their customers and therefore my family have decided we will NEVER use this airport again and I would ask others to vote with their feet and make the decision to also not use. There’s lots on line concerning others who have been dealt with in the same way - Despicable attitude! Shame on you Liverpool John Lennon airport!

Went to pick daughter up,no signs saying there was a charge,drove into parking area parked up and walked over to help back with luggage, when driving off sign with charges on,£4 for 15 minutes,which took a long time because cars in lane had no money and left their cars at the barriers could not get through to anyone on the intercom,so everyone behind was stuck absolutely ridiculous and discusting that you get charged £4 for 15 mins parking ripoff Liverpool should be ashamed .......

Fly with easyJet twice a year. Long walk from easyjet area to immigration, made worse when it's raining. Two flights arrived at the same time, gents closed in luggage claim area. Not good.

I booked my car parking on-line, the process was swift and easy. Parking is very close to the terminal and entry and exit is very straight forward.

I booked Lpl Airport online which took 2 attempts as I was unsure which car park I would be in. I read the directions on the confirmation e mail but the road markings were very explicit - follow the green arrow!

When exiting the car park the markings were very clear, for some reason the machine at the barrier rejected my first attempt and I looked at the car in the next barrier thinking heare we go, but the next attempt went through without any problem.

I would definately use the parking facility again.

Quickest entry to an airport in a long time. Pre-booked the multi-storey for a long weekend, and was able to park with under a minute's walk to the terminal building. On return, able to exit the airport within a few minutes of landing, making the whole process trouble-free.

Overall ease of getting through the airport is second to none.

Online booking is easy to navigate, clear and concise.

I booked online and it was very reasonable compared to Manchester airport. On arrival, the barrier camera recognises your Vehicle registration number and lifts automatically, the same on exit.

This is a very efficient system and it's easy to follow online.

We always fly from Liverpool Airport it is easier than Manchester to get around inside. This time we used the car park at the airport as my husband needed wheelchair assistance. We where told to ring from the blue telephone like box for assistance. However the only one we could find was directly opposite the airport entrance. As the car park was very full my husband had to struggle to walk quite a distance and decided he might as well walk to the entrance of the airport. More blue boxes at the rear of the airport would be appreciated. However once inside we were given complete assistance and our visit to the airport and to the plane was handled very efficiently Thank you. We will be back in May for our next holiday.

It's the second time I book my airport parking this way and I've been extremely pleased both times. it's very easy to book online and once you get there with number plate recognition it's all straight forward and there's no waiting. The staff are also very helpful as I had to extend my stay because of a bereavement in the family and when I contacted them they were very understanding and made the change as smooth as possible.

All in all, a very good experience so would recommend unreservedly.
