Car Filthy On Delivery After Holiday
Have used before and always found ok. However Bon return from holiday in September 2014 our car was absolutely filthy, not as we left it. Dirty foot marks in passenger front a back seats, and the car looked as if it hadn't been washed for a year. Delivery was late, and the driver apologised for the state of the car, said the yard had been resurfaced. Took photos and complained, they offered a 10% discount on next booking, and gave a load of old toffee as to why! When we pushed they said that we'd need to take it up with the company on site as 'stress free' are just booking agents. Shame as previously the service had nene ok to good.

Terrible -stressful- On Return Waited 50 Minutes For Our Car
We used so-called Stress Free Parking at Luton airport at the end of November 2013 and will never be using it again and would like to warn other travellers of our experience of having to wait 50 minutes for our car to be returned to us on our return on 1st December 2013. It was a quiet time to be travelling, the weather was absolutely fine and our plane landed on time at around 22.25. When we phoned to say we were ready to collect the car we were told it would be a 25 to 30 minute wait as a couple of planes had landed at the same time (!!) - hardly a rare event! After 25 minutes we called again to be told we would have to wait another 20 minutes as they had 10 cars to return - again hardly unforeseen as they have the information about when their clients are due to return when the booking is made, and they then said for the first time that a problem with the barrier was delaying them which we found somewhat hard to believe as it had not been mentioned the first time we rang. We eventually got our car back at 23.20, 50 minutes after our first call . It would have been much quicker to use one of the other airport car parks with buses that run regularly and frequently.
We complained about our experience to Stress Free customer services and asked for compensation. We were offered 15% off our next booking but as we shall NEVER use this company again that was useless and they would not give us any other form of compensation and even started to question what we were saying about how long we had waited when I had sent them a screen shot of the call logs.
Just be aware that you may have to wait 50 minutes on your return for your car
Was the company who actually parked your car, "Luton DriveFly Meet and Greet" I can see they're the company that Stress Free Parking provide when you book meet and greet from Luton.

Money Stolen From The Car Cabinet And Judgemental
I used the stress free meet and greet service for 7 day short stay car park, the person who collected the car was plesant, initially he didnt check the car, i had to ask him to please check car and document for any dmages, there was none, i was in hurry adn took the pic of the mileage and was advised the car will be parked 5 miles away !!, so to expect 10 miles extra on the mileage meter which was when i returned. i called the service on arrival and mentioned my arrival, i was bit delayed at the immgration check and when i arrived i was received by this black guy who appeared judgemental and astoshined that the bw car was mine, he asked for signature which was slight missmatch, so i signed again, after that he asked for the passport for confirmation and handed me the key and told me that i have to pay 5 £ for check out as i was delayed and it is my responsability, i had to pay additional 5 £ to get out as the ticked had expired it time limit of 15 min as i was advised later on the phone. On arrival i notised there where pound coins in total approx 10 £ missing from the had cabinet.
i called the initial number for complain and was advised to contact the customer service to resolve this issue.
I was already tired from the trip and didnt bother to hold the reply conversation with the attendant.
Personally the expereice was not good.

If your idea of stress free parking is going away on holiday and leaving your keys (expensive radio activated keys) to come back to 'uh, we lost your bruv' then these are the guys for you. One of the most stressful holidays I have ever had thanks to this lot - and I had the additional benefit of having to go and get a key programmed at great expense from Audi - it took absolute ages to get the money out of them and in the end they didn't even refund the parking charge!!! I learned a lesson - I will never, ever use these clowns again.

online booking seemed straight forward.
Arrived at Luton, had to walk 200m in the oposite direction of teh terminal - i thought meet and greet was supposed to be easy.
Gave my beloved car to a young unprofessional guy. He reiterated the vauge instructions for return and off he went.
My friend was parking in the same place, one of their drivers drove over his bag breaking his snowboard and the bag.
After some debate, the parking attendants decide it was definitely his fault for leaving the bag there and then drove off.
When my car arrived about 20 mins later it looked like it had been parked in the desert. Absolutely filthy.
I checked inside and there are three biro pen marks in the (brand news) light grey leather. There is absolutely no doubt as to the fact that the guy who returned my car with its windows down, music on and seat tilted back had not noticed the lid was off of his pen. When I asked him about it he was very quick to assure me that customer services would sort this out, gave me the numbers and was extremely angry at the 'person' responsible.
I have since contacted the customer services department. They have done absolutely nothing.
Shockingly bad service from start to finish - AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Well where do I start, quite frankly avoid these guys like the plague. To be fair, nice and easy on our outward journey. On our return i phoned once we had our luggage on the number provided. This was a mobile number which went straight to answerphone, after my 6th attempt I phoned the customer services number who had to ask me for the number I had been phoning (it was the girls second day in all fairness), anyway finally was told that the car was on it's way. We got there and a lady was there with the car, we signed for it and then got into it to find that the window was down on the passenger side, it would not go back up and the seat was soaking wet. 20 further minutes on the phone somebody finally came and dismissed all responsibilty. They apparently had to open the passenger window to get a ticket (what ticket machine is on the passenger side?) and that had OF COURSE happened on the morning of our return. No attempt had been made to secure it, or cover it to protect from the elements! He would not apologise for this, said it is in their terms and conditions that they do not have responsibility for this. Fair enough for a mechanical break (even though we don't know why they were using the passenger window??) but to simply leave it open, not attempt to inform us either by phone or even tell us when we collected the car is extremely poor due care and attention. We asked as to why they wouldn't cover it with some plastic, his was reply was that it's in the terms and conditions that they cannot touch the car. When we questioned why the seat was soaking in one place and not another (like they had attempted to dry it to hide it), his reply was: 'It was the angle of the rain that morning'. I didn't realise that we looked like complete idiots and that we would fall for a patronising line like that! So after this, this rude, defensive and aggressive Driver decided that it was not his problem, and walked off. We then had a very expensive parking ticket to pay before we left!! I would not ever use this company again, nor recommend them. I have contacted them and asked to make a formal complaint, so I will see how they handle this before I make any further comment. I will also persue this with the relevant authorities as quite frankly, this is the worst service I have EVER received.

We have used meet and greet services at numerous airports before and never had any issues. Firstly we were made to wait around 15 minutes when we first got to the airport and the guy who drove our car away had no ID and could only speak pigeon English! It was the first time we felt uneasy leaving our car with a meet and greet service.
On return our car has obviously been involved in a minor incident, leading to two alloys being scratched and a type being ripped apart. Our spare tyre was on (replacing the tyre that had been punctured) and the "chauffeur" - I use this term loosely - had absolutely no idea about what had happened, although he had been driving the car with the spare tyre on. A complete joke! We then had to drive home with the spare tyre on at 4.30am in the morning, and spend the rest of the day sorting out a new tyre and the other issues.
Head office will not admit liability as they don't know which of their drivers drove the car! No records kept at all it seems. We will now have to get our solicitor involved - a waste of time for everyone. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

On arrival after holiday had to wait 30 min in driving rain, no under cover area, no apology.
Will never use this service again.

Just a brief note to record thanks for the exceptional "meet and greet" customer service received earlier this month in and out of Luton. A really good experience from initial booking through to car return. Highly professional, no fuss, great value and no waiting around with the critical drop off and return transactions each being completed in less than a minute. Brilliant! Would deff do again!

Review Of Luton Airport Stress-free Meet And Greet Parking
I used Luton airport Stress-Free Meet and Greet parking. I thought they were unorganised and unprofessional in the whole meet and greet approach. I also discovered that my car had more than 80 miles extra on after I have collected it. I tried to raise this issue with the company but only got to a recorded message and did not manage to speak to anyone. I doubt it that the car was parked 40 miles from the airport which means that it was used while being in their possession which is totally unacceptable. I would not recommend this company and I feel they should not be operating as a respectable and trustworthy company.
