Left my car without damage on the 9/7/24 returned 4 days later to damage to my car which I spotted straight away, they completely denied it , if you don’t care for you cars and like paying for damage to your car they are the one for you

Beware Double Charged Twice.
Booked twice. Both times double charged.
No phone number to chase. Managed to get a refund the first time for the duplicate charge with a lot of back and fro emails (a frustrating waste of my time)
This time still waiting for the refund from 4th April as promised. I am emailing them daily for an update. No response. I made a formal complaint and addressed it. They / He didn’t even acknowledge it.
Ref: SPS-1-6353680 Can you please email me an update on the refund of the duplicate charge and confirm the original booking is still valid??
Please also update me of me formal complaint dated 6.4.24 with its outstanding queries.
Please start responding to my emails to get the matter sorted and please also improve your payment systems and your improve your shocking customer service (or lack of).
If you open a business, you need to be willing to communicate with your customers, otherwise you should close your business and let other interested companies build the market.

So, "SkyParkSecure" lulls you into believing that you'll be leaving your car in a "secure" car park.
When we arrived, we thought we were in the wrong place.
We were directed to park anywhere on floor 6 of a multi storey, insecure car park in one of the roughest areas of Birmingham (technically Solihull) that there is, Chelmsley Wood Shopping Centre.
After parking, we thought perhaps someone would take the car away to the "secure" element of the business..... No, we were to just leave it there, causing panic and anxiety about whether it would still be there when we got back. Luckily it was, but there's no security, no cameras, no barriers and no lighting between certain times... Just a dilapidated old former council car park in a crime ridden area. No wonder it was cheap.
We were however, picked up and dropped off efficiently but I'll never use this company again. They've simply block booked spaces in a car park that incidentally only costs £3.75 a day if you turn up yourself without booking through them. This is a shocking way to exploit people.

Unreliable, Poor Communication, I Had To Pay Twice
Absolutely unrpofessional. I was charged £7.50 for leaving Heathrow and another £7.50 upon entering. I booked Skypark Secure online for departure from Terminal 5. Following the instructions received via text, I called the provided number to inform them of my arrival at Heathrow. Unfortunately, the call went unanswered several times. Eventually, someone with broken English guided me on where to go. All I could understand was "number 3." As I approached T5, I tried to communicate with the individual, but I struggled to comprehend his instructions. Only the mention of "number 3" was somewhat clear. Despite having filled out an online form after researching parking at T5, he navigated me to T3. This confusion led to me mistakenly entering T5 on level 3, thinking he was instructing me to go to level 3. I received a ticket, which I had to pay £7.50 for because level 3 was not the correct level for this specific parking area. When I confronted the person with the issued ticket for the wrong level, he laughed, and I had to pay for entering Heathrow parking. I explained that I had made an online booking and had already paid for everything, but I had to pay again due to being on the wrong floor.
Upon returning to Heathrow T5, I attempted to call the number provided, but there was no answer, and leaving a voicemail wasn't an option. I then called the number the person with limited English had called me on the day of my departure. Again, no answer and no voicemail option. After several attempts, someone finally answered. I informed him of my arrival and my desire to collect my car. He instructed me to call after collecting my bag, promising that my car would arrive shortly. Following his advice, I called but ended up waiting for 60 minutes for my car to arrive. Worried that something was wrong, I called multiple times, but none of my calls were answered by either of the numbers. After about six attempts, someone finally answered and assured me that my car would be with me in 5 minutes. However, I waited an additional 40 minutes before my car finally arrived. When I inquired about the delay, the driver mentioned that he was instructed to bring my car about 10 minutes prior, contradicting what I was told an hour earlier. When I inserted the ticket provided by the driver upon leaving the parking area, the barrier did not open because I was charged again £7.50.
Seeking assistance, I explained that I prepaid my parking online with SkyPark Secure. The lady on the line informed me that the parking doesn't operate at Heathrow; it is an outside company that took my car away. Upon returning to Heathrow, a ticket is issued that must be paid when leaving. Not only did I pay for my 6 days of parking online, but I also paid an additional £15 due to the mistakes made by these people. This company is a sham, unprofessional, and lacks proper English communication. They do not answer their phones, provide incorrect information, and subject customers to extensive waiting times due to their inability to manage bookings and guide confused drivers. If they can't allocate a number plate to the correct terminal, it indicates a mess in their booking system. Avoid this company at all costs; otherwise, you'll experience a long and expensive wait for your car.

Do Not Use This Carpark
DO NOT use this carpark - we used this carpark last year and had no complaints however book we booked this year the car park have now changed there policy and do not accept vans - this is not highlighted adequately and when inputting your Registration as a van it does not explain that vans are not able to park, as a result we where not able to park and had to pay to park nearby an additional £90, we was told at the car park we would be able to get a refund however received an email saying that we will not and to claim through insurance which is not acceptable. The staff at the facility were rude and very unprofessional.

Booked through Skyparksecure who are "agent" for a suspect company called Airtime Parking at Heathrow. Was charged an extra £10 for the privilege of keeping my own keys when I arrived. Just as well I did as other reviews I have seen claim they use customers cars as taxis and for shuttle runs. Cars are also parked at random all over the streets through a filthy industrial estate. The compound itself is not secure. No CCTV. No staff apart from a scruffy individual who looked like he needed a bath. On return my vehicle was buried amongst others in a litter strewn yard. Further research shows this individual has had a national newspaper investigate him. Contacted SkyParkSecure for a full refund and they are ignoring my emails. Have taken it to Trading Standards and the police now. Do Not Use!!

If you read the other reviews you will see that this is a reoccurring issue with skyparksecure. They do not provide the correct address and I lost all my holiday booking and even had to pay for a last minute parking at the airport to try to catch my flight. Skyparksecure refuse to take any responsibility or provide any assistance. Their customer service is zero and as far as they are concerned they are nothing but a website. No accountability to the services marketed on their platform. I hope they go out of business. Boycott these guys, don’t fall for the cheap price. You will be sorry.
If I get harassed by skyparksecure just know I will be posting screenshot of every correspondence, email and recording any phone calls you guys make to me.

Best price compared to other companies. Lovely friendly staff who kept in touch when we were on our way to the airport and then again when we arrived back into the UK. Our car was waiting for us when we returned so no delay . Cannot fault them … Thankyou!
